im at work atm so i cant logg into EVE to ask,
i just browsed the SE killboard and saw some shinra kills in hed-gp.
have they started shooting eachother and how long has that been going on in that case?
im curious since i belived shinra and SE was great friends.

Shinra stole SE's pants. SE was about to go out to a party, but those were their only pair of pants. SE got mad, and if you are mad and pantless your actions cannot be accounted for.

Yes a shinra was shot by accident yesterday by a corpmember. Tho what this thread is doing here is beyond my comprehension. Is it really so hard to wait until ppl had a chance to talk? I just come on and find out that it's already made public. Making mistakes is a human trade and are easily made in the heat off battle. So appologies to the 1 getting shot by a corpmember.

Well sorrta, it was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak.
As mentioned before the whole SCA post made tensions rather high. It was looked at as..
"This is where your allowed to go, what you can do, or we'll get the whole of eve to war dec you!!!"
Further, items like people being allowed through our space, but we were not allowed through thiers... The original draft was worded so that even by going through catch, would make us KOS, never mind the fact that to get to our home we need to go through catch.
There were other items in the statment that didn't sit well with us, it was going to be a matter of a very short time before war was declared anyways (in my opinion)
Then there was the whole hauler thing. That could have been overlooked, execpt that it was ordered by Xetic high command. Further offers for compensation, and appologys were not made untill the fleets were already on thier way to Xetic space (from what I remember)

lmao whats this idea of XF high command. I've been to their meetings, i've loitered their commander channels, hell i even commanded a few flings in my day. Its just a bunch of old europeans sitting over ts hogging their toys and giving each other the rub down only when it suits their agenda's.
Scenario prolly went as follows, shinra hauler, omg omg omg /someguy gets on xf commanders channel. Can i shoot enemy fleet thats acting against xetic beliefs and ideals by not listening to us old farts.
high command (prolly some tarts from DDC, and yori) : omg get them they hate Xetic so they must hate freedom, no place for that
some guy: wooot another shinra fleet taken out by my rifter.
xetic = america without the guns to back it up.

what unsuccessful campaigns you speak of?
-we played a big part in the fall of Xetic (we fought what essentially became ASCN for weeks on end with far less numbers and handled are selfs well)
-we had much fun playing with Rubra in PB
-we are doing a fine job teaching Fix the lesson not to underestimate us.
I fail to see these "unsucessful campaigns"

Rigor would be the man to congratulate,
Btw the FIX killboard incorporates all kill/losses by FIX pilots, which would thus incoporate fighting against raiding parties into Querious, factions other than the coalition, so be aware many kill/losses should not be assumed to be In the recent FAT/H74 fighting (as is stated on where the killmail originated from, system wise).
A fantastic killboard though I agree and we're glad to have pilots among our ranks with such dedication to the cause.

No Coalition / SE members are to post negatively on the forums anywhere. Both sides fought hard and well and have earned the respect of one another. The cease fire that we all are currently enjoying applies to the forums as well!

Nez kicks ass.
He's extremely hard working, both in regulating and governing FIX, and in maintaining our relations with the rest of EVE.
He also finds time to undock and fight. Here's his stats on our killboard:

In my opinion the governing and politics are the hardest and most often most thankless job in EVE. Nez does them, and in so doing he has been a pivotal player in establishing FIX as a player in the South.
You may comment on Nez from the peanut gallery all you want, but I'm in the arena with him, day in and day out, and he has my solid support and admiration for his efforts.
As for his 'over-reaction' thats actually a pretty accurate barometer of the mood in FIX right now.

Tell you what to show that i'm reasonably sensible I'll applogise to any readers that felt I was overreacting or even flying off the handle.
But I have a very short fuse for lies, underhanded insinuations and s*** stirrers.... thats the way I am can't help it. I shoot from the hip, and wear my heart on my sleeve.

In my short time in SE they earned my respect. I only like about a handful of corps or alliances in this game since most corps or alliance are all talk but SE leadership does work its tail off to keep things together.
On the other hand there is FIX and well lets just sa Nez is my woman and leave it at that. I <3 FIX!!!
So can't we all just get along?!?!?!?!
