Ice needs to be rare in high, common in low, and plentiful in null. edit: completely changed up my idea. I'd rather they create a low-yield highsec ice product that would require a significant mining effort to get enough fuel for just a small tower. This would let corps who want to run their own supply chain do so, but remove the profit from highsec ice mining and drive the true industry out into low/null where the REAL ice fields would be in abundance. Nullsec already has the market cornered on moon goo, they shouldn't get exclusivity on ice as well. It's just TOO easy in highsec right now.
