Also, how is it different from any other Nulsec/Lowsec/Hisec entity taking what it wants by force when not available otherwise?
You played the POCO owning game, and got beaten by a bigger, badder dog. Heh.

These hardcore guys that won't roll out of bed for less than $100k in an envelope. But it's all bull. Just like any other group they just want easy kills against people that can't fight back.
The POCO game is a joke to be honest. We all knew it was going to be owned by the same people that owned everything else. I stupidly thought that perhaps, since there are thousands and thousands of planets to choose from, that having 1 would be possible. But it's not enough to own nearly everything, these guys want it all. There's no way for a small group to hold one as there's no way to defend it against bigger numbers. |

So unless you miraculously found a way to destroy the Devil's POCO using your awesome (probably non-existent) pvp skillz, or you're prepared to pay some other badass mercs, that POCO will never be yours or goons. |

You guys? I like Sovereign Infinity, but then I also like Mastercard. and Pod Repo and I even have a certain fondness for Failed Diplomacy. And apparently you aren't too good at reading since Gem Daisha announced a bit earlier that she sent me a mail asking me not to include Sovereign in my posts anymore. So this is the last one where I say anything about them.
As to whether you ran away from the dec - I don't really know, but you did allow Concord to send them a notification that you had surrendered - and that's what my point was about. Rebirth. SURRENDERED to Sovereign Infinity. And they've got the notification that shows it (unless they all deleted that one!)
So, you can keep up your smacking if you want, saying how they run away (sorry, they wouldn't have lost an expensive ship if they always ran away!) but I won't be defending them anymore - I shouldn't be posting this. I've talked with Gem and I like her, so I'm going to do as she asks.
I am going to continue to watch your war with The Marmite Collective, however, and I'm going to cheer them on every time they get a Rebirth. kill!

I'm guessing Gem won't be too mad, because I'm pretty much convinced your her alt at this point, or a Sovereign alt at the least. Same vagina-module-fitted behavioral model that doesn't know when to STFU, and which got Sovereign into trouble in the first place.

Funny thing about selective memory and waving 'surrender' notifications around...you don't see what happened behind the scenes. For example, in Sovereign Infinity's recent war with Corwan Academy it was actually Sovereign who reached out to Corwan to get them to issue a surrender after getting dunked by their allies, us.
OOOPS! Didn't mention that little nugget in your estrogen fueled spin-meistering did you?
So Sovereign decs carebears, and when things get tough they manipulate the defender into issuing a pre-approved surrender; the carebear takes the offer because they don't pvp, and Sovereign saves face by waving the surrender around?
::golfclap::
p.s. Your lucky I am not the Devil's executor, Sovereign would be permadecced by now with all this alt faggotry...

Yup, free bumps. Is that what this was all about then? What you were trying to tell me in local is that you supposedly want to generate fights, yet wanted to buy the poco, which would pretty much be the opposite of generating fights. Let's face it, what you wanted was to get the POCO. You failed. so now damage control is your only option. A merc corp being bested by a single player's alts is not exactly the best advertisement for you. So you will try to spin whatever you can to make it sound better for you.
Facts are though, you tried to steal my poco when I first placed it. You failed. So you tried to bully me into selling it to you for cheap. You failed So you wardecced me, and spent the time destroying to so you can take it by force. You failed. And all I had to pay for the victory here is a couple of pocos, which is less than most merc corps would charge.
However you want to spin it, the facts make it clear what happened here. |

We actually wanted to buy them at a little over cost. Then you tried to transfer your poco's to alt corps. When we dec'd you, you changed your mind and sent us an offer of buying them for 80m a pop
You would actually have made isk instead of loosing it taking the first deal ;)

Still you can hardly claim that what you wanted was "gudfites". You wanted the POCOs. And you failed. Now you damage control with the "I didn't want them anyway" defense, which is by far the most pathetic.
You lost. Man up and accept it.

I do want them, just taking my time :) Who says its over yet?
I never said I didnt want them anyway. Tbh.. I'm sure this is not the first time someone will manage to place a poco before someone else. And It wont be the last. Its a part of the game.
But giving your poco's away and claming you won... heh

I tried to comment on Feyd Rautha Harkonnen's blog page, but it looks like he only values his own opinion there and doesn't post comments.
A friend of mine pointed me to it because I fly a Proteus and he was simply amazed that a Sacrilege could tank a Proteus for a full 45 seconds! Yeah, real amazing. Not.
I will offer an apology, though. Upon looking at the post again, I see that the first fit wasn't a blinged out Sacrilege, but a Legion - guess I didn't really bother to read anything but what pertained to the Proteus the first time through.
Still, that Sacrilege is nothing special - nice solo rep fit, yeah, but it wasn't necessary to withstand an obviously FULL TANK Proteus. There weren't ANY damage rigs or modules on that boat and if it could put out more that 300 dps without drones, I'd be shocked. I could tank that in almost any of my T1 cruisers for a couple minutes - not just 45 seconds. Kill the drones and any rep fitted ship has all day to kill the thing. That Sacrilege could have taken it down SOLO. Even with the 15 or so buddies, I'm betting it took more than a minute so he sure wasn't on the undock (where that Proteus really belonged.)
Even without the bling, that Proteus is a real nice baiting fit - great for station games. Kudos to you for getting it out of range, but that's all the kudos you deserve on this one. Really wondering why you needed the help. Someone with your ego should have just taken it solo and kept the buddies around to deal with his friends. That Guardian that was killed about the same time was a bigger threat than the Proteus by himself, but even then, the Proteus couldn't have taken the Sacrilege - you just couldn't have taken the Proteus either.

Don't know whether that's a compliment or an insult. Either way, my main has flown with TEST pilots, but I've never been in TEST. I've also flown with CFC pilots and never been in GoonSwarm. LOL Still a lot of upheaval in NULL and sometimes Blues are only Blues for the moment.

Thanks for the reply and I replied back - yes, I'm Anonymous and staying that way.
Let me take exception, however, to something you said here - about your oh, so glorious alliance and their 93.99%. That AIN'T people. That isn't numbers of pilots. All that number represents is ISK. Your 374 kills so far this month (many of them less than impressive) is countered by only 25 losses - looks pretty good and about reflects the numbers for the ISK. But we're talking about people here and I counted more than 90 pilots smiling (some of them are probably repeats - but I didn't check the 374 for repeats) when one of your ships blew up. Which brings it down to you get 4 guys for every 1 guy who's on one of your losses and that's not quite so impressive. 20% of your interactions are generating smiles might be another way of looking at it.
Also, you're spending an awful lot of time down in low and null for a high sec mercenary alliance. Just saying. |
