I see Xetic IGA has 1400 ppl now. So, by my calculations that leaves One X-trader and his alts.
Yes, X-Traders are theones who made the XF voting policy be based on the number of ppl in each corp on paper, thus making it BLOATED wit alts.
I wonder why it fell? Alts+carebears not a winning combination.
Btw, see what happens when you dont have Atuk/SE helping out? Enjoy your empire afterlife losers.
