Mission and complex aggro is still broken, you always get full room aggro even though the triggers/aggro range was supposed to be unchanged even with the new AI. |

Good morning,
Great patch and thank you so very much for fixing the ship inventory filter thingy from popping up everytime I undocked!!! New targeting system works nicely, for me.
Only a couple concerns from most annoying to least.
1) Salvaging Success Noise - OUCH! Sounds like somebody beating my head with a basball bat after a night of heavy drinking! 2) Ship Explosion Noice - OUCH! Sounds like somebody beating my head, well you get it... (( At least a slider to allow us to reduce these noises without removing other ship sound effects ))
3) An option to resize the targeting bubbles would be nice. 4) Random HUD Graphic anomaly. 33% of shield/armor/hull are red but numbers are accurate and showing 100%. Redock fixes.

When running multiple EVE clients using the Windows junction method (Win7 64bit), the EVE client keeps crashing at after the character select screen.
The repair.exe tool did not fix the issue for me. |

You know those ships have a +2 warp strength so why aren't you planning for that rather than coming here and asking CCP to change the game to compensate for your laziness and plain stupidity?

refused mission 2 x first time my faction w giver went from 5.9 to 5.1 second time it went from 5.1 to 4.3 i have lvl 2 skills in faction modification. but this should not have an effect w refusal?
missions refused were 2 jumps into null sec repeatedly to the same place would have requested another but my faction dropped erronously.
completed a single mission and faction went from 4.3 to 4.5 .............. |

I ran into a glitch today. I probed down a Serpentis Watch site in Allamotte / Essence. After clearing the first room I jumped into the second. When I got to the point of shooting structures, I shot the star gate once and every "wave" of ships spawned at that instant. I've read that the groups should only have spawned as I shot the various structures, so it looks like the trigger for spawns is not working right. |

Not 100% sure if this is related but I'll post it anyway.
After launch day (10 dec) I lost connection to tranquility and I haven't been able to log back in. It keeps saying connection error, no matter what. Repeair.exe doesn't work, neither does reinstalling the game. Cache didn't work, checked my firewall and everything. Eve Worked just fine before 10 dec too, though the minute it got patched it broke down and nothing helps anymore.
Someone please help I'm burning through my subscription whilst doing nothing |

Installed 1.04 patch, Win7 x64 machine is now unbootable. Error message refers to
file: \boot\bcd
also
"C:\boot\bootstat.dat is corrupt"
The only change to my system has been the 1.04 update. |

I've just noticed that when up close to a ship exploding, I hear the metal door "KLOOOOONG" sound at an appropriate sound level for the distance as well as a second metal door sound a moment after at max volume so it seems to be playing correctly AND incorrectly as well.
Belive it or not, when it plays correctly it sounds like a accompanyment sound to the origional explosion sound, very soft and gratifying, but loud and annoying every time on grid:
- Any ship at any distance explodes.
- When someone drop a space turd... I mean.... can.
- Some successfully salvages.
When I find that little space leprechaun banging on that metal door I'm gonna kill it!!! Killrights or not.

Here for something else. Not sure if this is a retribution issue, but it's going here.
Shortly before downtime, with under 5 minutes remaining until cluster shutdown I docked up and manually reloaded my sisters core scanner (dragged the probes from the inventory into the moduly) I had 3 in the launcher 5 in my inventory, it reloaded fine. However when the server came back up I had 3 in the launcher, 0 in my inventory, 0 in station, 0 in any of the systems nearby I recently explored (which was only 3) I did reconnect to lost probes in each no luck. They just disappeared...What happened here? |

I still cannot get the salvage drones to auto salvage missions that belong to my mission alt. We are fleeted together, we both share in the killing, but clicking on each wrack and telling the drones to grab it is not how these things were advertised to work. It has been mentioned several times, but it still isn't on the "known issues" list. |

The war dec mechanic is STILL broken. We are still declaring war on people today, some 2 weeks after leaving our last alliance. We are still unable to join a new alliance because of this.

I just resubscribed to the game last night and installed it for the first time in about a year. The map worked fine last night before the patch, and after the patch installed today, I have to restart my 2008 macbook pro each time the map bugs out(with 2.8ghz core 2 duo processor and a 9600mGT.) If I can't use the map, I can't play properly, correct? Will we get a fix soon? If you broke the map coding, I assume you could repair it as well. If my game is broken for the full 2 months, I won't be able to navigate in my space game, and I won't resubscribe. I might ask for my money back if this bug is here to stay.

Since the update I've been unable to enter an asteroid field without the game severely diminishing in playability. This was not the case before this update.
I'm operating on a Radeon HD 6470M and I have the computer set to High Performance, while the graphics options are set to Low. The game itself is also set to all lows, in order to try and maximize performance, but to no avail.
Game grinds to a halt over time, but seems to be less of an issue if I zoom really close to or really far away from my ship. |

Assisting drones no longer works. Cannot find any reference material stating there are conditions I need to be aware of that they will not work; have tested with various offensive modules.
Test was in 0.4 security status system.
Garde II's were launched by character A and set to assist Character B. Character B launched their own drones. Character C jumped into system at gate. Character B engaged Character C with 2 warp disruptors and took sentry fire while their personal drones attacked. Character C's Garde II drones never engaged; ship had to lock and fire itself manually to enage them. All drones were confirmed on Aggressive mode with Focus Fire.
Further direct testing involved shooting an alt in newbie ship with: Hurricane aggressing with Web and Autocannons. Procurer agressing with Warp Disruptors and it's own drones. Assisted drones tested includes Warrior II's and Garde II's from Dominix, and Warrior II's from Hurricane and Procurer. Tested with and without Focus Fire on on drones. Tested in Passive and Agressive mode on drones. Scooped drones, docked, undocked, launched, an set assist to proper player between each test case.
In all tests, the assisting drones never aggressed.

Maybe CCP Marketing got it right this time. Force all the Retribution comment threads to two obscure threads and then ignore same.
That's statue is looking more and more like it needs assaulting.
There are a lot of points that have been posed that just need explanations - not necessarily a fix. Feedback soon - PLEASE?!

Oh great! A new bug. Undocked - black screen. Hmmm.. just lag. Select warp to target figuring that the server would catch up. Nope. Warp 20 AU, still black. Warp back to station BM, still black. Fudge - can't select station to dock since I can't see it AND my Overview is screwed up as well. Quit game, log back in, every thing fine.
Are we going forwards or backwards on these patches? CCP Punkturis-á "I want to get in on the goodposter circle jerk!"

I am using a PC.
The issue I have is with the Loki with the Loki Offensive - Hard point efficiency configuration.
With this subsystem on you are able to look through the engines into space. These are the 2 engines on the side that you only get with that subsystem. You only see through them when you look from be hide through to the front.

I've looked through most of the pages to try and find if someone is having the same problem, but haven't been successful in my quest. Everything is working fine in game, but when docking anywhere, the captains quarters will load only once. Usually at startup the captains quarters is fine and everything runs smoothly with no lag, but if I am to leave and come back, the quarters will not load. It freezes on the loading screen and after about 2-3 minutes of waiting it defaults to the ship hangar. Every time after that it will not even attempt to load the quarters and goes straight to the hangar.
To avoid lag, I've just turned off the load docking whatever all together. It doesn't affect game play too much, but I do miss the captains quarters.
And yes this problem did not happen until the first installment of retribution.

Issue:
When setting up a Research (ME/PE) or Manufature job and I hit the "Choose Instalation" button, I end up with nothing but a black bar for the Instalations window. This is while doing it for a POS. Go ahead,,,, Get your Wham on!!!
