The MBB would like to formally announce the demise of brother HawkBlade. He, and his sister Shar Tegral, were tireless in many mining efforts to provide Matari Freedom Fighters with cheaper ships for their fight against the evils that exist in the world of EVE today.
He will be sorely missed. ---

Ahh yes, I remember Hawkblade. He was one worthy adversary back in the AMFED days. I shall drink two glasses of Khanid Whine today!
So long Hawkblade and may the results of your efforts be heard round the galaxy! -----------------------------------

I'm sorry, for what its worth, at this stupidly late hour...
I wish you well in the afterlife. ================

The loss of Brother HawkBlade is a sad one for Matari BackBone.
The loss of Sister Shar is a sad one for all of EVE.
You will both be missed, and I pray you one day return. --- It's not just a game! |

Indeed,
I would like to add my own regrets at seeing Shar and Hawk fall by the wayside.
I spoke to Shar on a few occasions and had the pleasure of doing so only a few days ago. I found Shar to be an amiable and well meaning pilot and instantly likeable.
When i look out upon the galaxy now it somehow seems as if things are a little less bright, that the vastness of the void is a little larger and things are well colder and a little sadder out there.
For the final time I say "Fly Safe my friend."
Ok, so what the hell is this Golden Ratio? |

Although i did not know brother Hawkblade, Matari are family, his loss will be felt.
As for sister Shar. I rarely agreed with that Matari, but rarely however, I have had such respect for another Matari. Our people should stand up for what they beleive in and fight for what they beleive in, for the freedom for us to do so was paid for so , so dearly. And there was nothing Shar did if not fight for her beliefs. I will miss her. -

The departure of Shar Tegral heralds a great loss for the wider Galaxy. Not only is she one of the most prolific reporters, but also the one with the most courage and convictions.
Willing to publish news that others would rather not see out in the open. Getting the inside story where others are satisfied with merely commenting on surface events. These are the things and many more that make Shar Tegral a superb reporter.
Love her or hate her, she is more than deserving of our respect. It is indeed a sad day to see such a pillar of the community depart from our midst.
I, for one, shall sorely miss Shar Tegral. May you find joy and adventure in your new life. Yours,
Monty Tomasi
