Capital BPO Purchase Scheme
Welcome to our Capital BPO Purchase Scheme. We aim to make buying capital blueprints easier and more cost effective!
The Scheme
We sell shares in a capital blueprint. For example let's say the Capital Cargo Bay Blueprint is 1 billion ISK. Each of the ten shares would be 100 million ISK. You would buy shares until you own all ten and you would then be contracted the original BPO. To make this scheme more worthwhile we offer to pay an interest on your investment. For each share you own we will pay you one researched 5 run copy of that BPO per copy cycle.
Example
In month 1 you buy one share in Capital Cargo Bay Blueprint. Approximately every 19 days you will receive one researched copy with 5 runs. You then buy a second share in month 2. Now approximately every 19 days you receive 2 researched copies with 5 runs. This continues until you own all 10 shares, at this point you own the BPO and it is contracted to you. You have paid NPC price for the BPO, but whilst saving for it have been receiving a form of interest on your investment!
Please note, at the end of the scheme the BPO you receive will be an NPC BPO. We reserve the right to provide a researched BPO in place of an NPC BPO should stock levels require it. But, we're pretty sure you won't mind!
We will provide a simple online tracking system so you can keep track of what shares you own in which BPO. Please EvE Mail Glorfindel Calmcacil your requirements and we will send you a quotation in return to confirm available capacity.
Blueprint Shares Available
Capital Armor Plates Capital Capacitor Battery Capital Computer System Capital Construction Parts Capital Corporate Hangar Bay Capital Drone Bay Capital Jump Drive Capital Power Generator Capital Propulsion Engine Capital Sensor Cluster Capital Shield Emitter Capital Ship Maintenance Bay Capital Cargo Bay
Please Note
If at any time you wish to pull out of the scheme and have your ISK returned this is possible, but, please note depending how much you have invested it may take us a short amount of time. We will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible should the need arise. You would also sacrifice any current copies in progress. The scheme is designed for people to purchase their BPO or hold shares to produce copies.

i dont wana rain on your parade, but if you invested 75mil into a collateral bond for 1 month you would recieve anywhere from 5-10% on your investment.
for the capital cargo bay print this would mean you would recieve anywhere from 3.75mil to 7.5mil depending on the interest rate you got. on the high end monthly interest would allow you to buy 2-4 capital cargo bay bpc's from contracts.
also if i buy 5 share into capital cargo bay this month and 5 next month will you still give me the BPO for npc price?

I appreciate there may be better investment options out there, I don't claim this is the best for return on your ISK. This is a simple scheme I have started to allow pilots access to capital prints and to receive something whilst saving towards one.
It doesn't matter how long it takes you to purchase all 10 shares in a BPO. Once you own all 10, the print is yours to remove from the scheme at your request. If it takes you 2/3/14 months to save up nothing changes, once you have paid in full the print is yours. Eventually we hope to be able to provide prints with some research on but need to establish our client base and reputation first to allow the scheme to expand.
I hope this answers your questions.

@LordWickham - Not every action is based on profit maximisation - ever heard of utility theory?
Got the first BPC from Glorfindel today. Still cautiously optimistic.

Would you consider outright selling any of the BPOs? If so, I'll toss you a mail and we can talk.

Disregard. I realized that according to your proposal you don't actually have any researched BPOs on hand.
I actually have quite a selection of researched cap BPO's to produce the researched copies given out in the scheme. I also have a capital BPC Shop. If you would like to purchase a researched BPO please contact me in game and if I have the spare capacity and the price is right I would be happy to sell.

Hi.
I'm sorry I would not be able to offer a bulk discount on a large purchase. The price you pay upon completing the 10th share is equal to the NPC price of the BPO. If I was to discount if it further than this I would not be able to make a profit on the program. I hope you understand.

Glorf.

Hi Shadowed.
Info as requested in your mail.
At present we have enough spare capacity to sell:
Capital Cargo Bay x 6 - 850m each. (Me100 PE10) Capital Construction x 8 - 1.1b each. (Me100 PE10) Capital Drone Bay x 8 - 1bil each. (Me100 PE10) Capital Sensor Cluster x 1 - 1.3bil each. (ME200 PE0)
Whilst we have other prints it would require some leg work to sort out but we are open to offers on them.
Regards,
Glorf.

I'm curious where your profit is in all of this.
You have researched BPOs for your shop, you are copying these and trying to sell them in said shop.
You are having people pay you NPC price (albeit in pieces) to purchase NPC BPOs at NPC price. They also get the benefit of free researched BPCs during that time.
There's no profit in that business model. If anything you are loosing money, which begs the question as to why you are doing this. Addressing these issues will go a long way to building some credability for this concept.

There is no factual profit for him, however people are lending him isk which if used right can generate substantial profit. Basicly people are giving him an uncollateralized loan and paying the interest via bpcs. Not to mention its a loan for something you can buy yourself at npc

I can assure you there is profit to be had in the venture or I would not have put the capital, time and planning in to it that I have. I don't really want to make public my business plan as I feel that such things are sensitive and knowing the ins and outs would only prompt others to set up mimic schemes with no innovation on their part.
Lord Wickham is talking along the right lines, I will respond to his post now.

Glorf.

I would just like to clarify the section I highlighted in bold. Do you mean that my clients are loaning me isk to buy things that they could buy from NPC? If so then this is correct. The aim is to allow people to save, no matter how long this takes, and receive an interest as it were on their investment. Since they are investing in capital blueprints, capital blueprint copies seems like a more useful form of payment.

Glorf.

Hi Glorf. Just confirming I haven't vanished. The corp I represent is busy figuring out how much capital they want to set aside for cap ship production. I'll make an offer on the BPOs within 24 hours.
