I have trained my cat to play EVE for me, I will upload a vid of her trading, mining, mission running, manufacturing and PvPing for me soon, now I know that all sounds cool but I dont want to get banned for it you see.
I do supervise her and I am around her just in case she decides to send GHSC 10 bil again, there is another option I have though, since I can change my name on my account, can I just change half my accounts to her name and will it allow one name only (no last name because she is that amazing).
Is this allowed?
Oh and for what it's worth, after I trained her to use the toilet and wipe her arse with tax forms I figured she was talented so I decided to train her how to play EVE .

If you really want an answer from a GM, then file a petition. However, I think that it is safe to say that you will not be banned for posting a video of a cat playing EVE. I doubt that this guy got into any trouble for having a kid play for him.

Nope if you read the terms of agreement policy you see theres a strict no account sharing policy. The only exception is dogs are allowed to, as they are mans best friend. As cats have been noted to steal from their owners accounts resulting in increase pettitons for their stuff back after the cat sold it for cat nip using RMT. Which subsiquently resulted in their banning, so to solve this problem NO CATS ALLOWED policy had to be implimented back in 2005. So dogs and domesticated slaver hounds are the only pre approved pets.

Certainly there are "gray areas" where something specifially prohibitted will take such a low priority in enforcement priorities and carry such light penalties given mitigating circumstances that something illegal is basically tacitly condoned until policy changes.
The city of Berkeley in the 70's passed an ordinance that citing people for smoking ********* in public should be a police officer's absolute lowest priority. (if it would distract them from keeping their eye out for jaywalkers while writing a smoking ticket they would be outside city policy). Berkeley couldnt' legalize ********* due to state law beeing above local law on that sort of thing, but... well they accomplished their goal.
(their policies changed somewhat after evolution (wisdom) in ideas of politically correct health policy and shifted more towards pushing people toward susstance abuse programs if behaviour was too public I beleive.)

See that's why you don't let cats play eve, their freaking evil. Dogs on the other hand typically will mine for you and make you iskies, unless you got a bird dog and they see a raven or buzzard. Than well they will find a way to get concorded using Miner I's as offensive weapons, don't know how but they somehow do. That is why my dog is banned from using my account.

The cat didnt establish the account, it is playing on an account already properly established by a person. No violation.

Um, how much of you has to be natural person? Say, for example, hypothetically, you were 0.1% surgical steel after a really nasty fracture. Of course I fully understand the decision, it's to stop the medically enhanced super-player getting an advantage. Fear the cyber ankle!

I'm sorry Spiral but it's the first time i can point an empty hole in a GM answer so not going to loss the chance.
As the Op states you can't care less if he let play his cat, canary, snake, ant or whatever as long the OP do not share the account information (account name and pass) so as long the OP it's the person who logs in and then let the Cat play everything it's within the rules.
P.S: the Op is asking about the cat using his account not making a new account for the cat.

Since there is a general lack of "Hey, I read the EULA before accepting it" in this thread I will add my 2 cents:
You may not share your Account with anyone, or allow anyone other than you personally (or your minor child, if you have registered an Account on behalf of your minor child) to access or use your Account. Joint or shared ownership or use of an Account by more than one user is prohibited.
