Youtube link is... oh ****
No guys really, I am the fat man, and I am going to run.
I spent a total of $49.20 at wal-mart.
I bought:
New underwear 8PK + 2 BONUS pairs... WIN! New socks 8PK + 2 BONUS pairs... DOUBLE WIN! Starter Tee (White, cause of third grade science ... white = cooler) Starter "Dazzle" Shorts (Starter logo, and you thought CCP failed at naming schemes) Starter "Silver Edition" Running shoes (with namebrand velcro!)
So yeah, I am a big fat white guy, dressed in white, and running down my lower class street.
So yeah, I am gonna get podded IRL =P
I'll make a response if I survive, my current plan is to run until I feel like I am going to die... then crawl back home.

God speed my fellow running chum!
I've had to take up running since I got barred from the gym for lighting up a cigarette whilst on the treadmill. Bloody health obsessed nutters ¼_¼ -- Please re-size your signature to the maximum allowed of 400 x 120 pixels. Zymurgist No. - Gothie |

Day One, Ending Statement.
In terms of the area, all the pirates were docked up, didn't have a single kid laughing at me running down the road, ironically they are likely eating cheetos in front of their X-Box 360s so hah.
In terms of the run,
I am out of shape... my "sprint" was barely a jog,
I ended up "sprinting" for about 300 steps, and walking the rest of the way. While it hurt like hell, it was much easier towards the end.
I suppose I took some major skill clone penalties by not running at all for almost two years now.
I can't say I've trained running level 1 yet, but I've clearly injected the skillbook.

Day Two is tomarrow, and I suspect I'll be sore in the morning

tom here is a top tip ...forget the running malarky .. get a like minded chum and take up squash .you will prolly lose more weight in a forty minuete squash game than you will ever lose legging it down the road ..plus there are other benefits like playing with a mate .

If this is legit and you truly want to lose weight, I can put you on my diet, technically it is a lifestyle commitment since I have never been fat however it is super effective at burning fat, when fat people convert.
Fat or skinny I truly believe the reason people 'stop' training is because they jump into hardmode too fast, as a result they give up.
OMFG my cat is so doing something super cute right now
Anyway the trick is to train the basics and aim for advance skills otherwise you will pull a muscle or even worse stop completely.
I so hope I didnt get trolled >.> .

I think you need some motivation to lose weight. So lets do this - "you are greasy, ugly , self-hating whinny bag of fat - you will not achieve anything. You will die one day weighting 400 pounds, laying on bed in room full of empty pizza boxes, and fireman workers will have to disasemble part of your house, to let your stinky body out. This is your destiny"
Think about this during run

motivation is the key in anyway possible, I have this HUGE fear of getting fat, to the point where I am border line anorexic haha.
The powders I take (cyclone / maximuscle) are insanely high in calories and other ****, I know the day I drink them that if I dont work out I will get obese as a result I havent missed a single day training out of my 4/5 day schedule .

If you are carrying more than 10lbs of blubber my advice is DONT RUN ON TARMAC. You will not be able to run daily, which is what you need to do to see any real cardio vascular gains. Hit the turf at the park or cycle. Cycling will sort your wind sack out pronto without wrecking your hamstrings and joints..
Also if you want to lose weight you need to do a daily weight routine AND run. AND you need to eat properly but you know all that.
Here's a good daily routine for someone looking to increase the MBR and tone up:
Monday: Chest
* Bench Press: 4 sets of 7 reps * Incline Bench Press: 4 sets of 7 reps * Incline Dumbbell Flies: 2 sets of 7 reps * Dumbbell Flies: 2 sets of 7 reps * Decline Bench Press: 2 sets of 7 reps * Dips: 2 sets of 7 reps
Tuesday: Shoulders
* Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 7 reps * Upright Barbell Rows: 4 sets of 7 reps * Reverse Flyes: 4 sets of 7 reps * Barbell Shrugs: 4 sets of 7 reps * Side Lateral Raises: 4 sets of 7 reps * Rear Delt Raises: 2 sets of 7 reps
Wednesday: Legs
* Leg Press: 4 sets of 7 reps * Hack Squat: 4 sets of 7 reps * Barbell Squat: 4 sets of 7 reps * Dumbbell Lunges: 2 sets of 7 reps * Lying Leg Curls: 2 sets of 7 reps
Thursday: Arms
* Barbell Curls: 4 sets of 7 reps * Triceps Pushdowns: 4 sets of 7 reps * Incline Dumbbell Curls: 4 sets of 7 reps * Reverse Grip Pulldowns: 4 sets of 7 reps * Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 7 reps * Dumbbell Kickbacks: 2 sets of 7 reps * Cable Curls: 2 sets of 7 reps * Lying Triceps Press: 2 sets of 7 reps
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Back
* Barbell Deadlift: 4 sets of 7 reps * Lat Pulldowns: 4 sets of 7 reps * Close-Grip Pulldowns: 4 sets of 7 reps * Seated Cable Rows: 4 sets of 7 reps * Bent Over Barbell Rows: 4 sets of 7 reps * Barbell Pullovers: 4 sets of 7 reps
Sunday: Rest. Do NOT PIG OUT OR SIT ON YOUR ASS ALL DAY.
HTH
PS: Take it easy with the weight too. Start with. 3kg dumbells. Build gradually every week.
Avoid bread, sugar, alcohol (especially) and saturated fats. Why beer? Its not the calories its the metabolised state ie. acetate which completely ****s up carbohydrate metabolism amongst other things can inhibit fat burn by 70% or more. You might crave a beer or a few shots after a work out but you're wasting all your hard work if you give in.
Once you have got the blubber down .. enjoy running. Its truly spiritual to power along and feel like your feet aren't even touching the ground. Best feeling eva!
