1. It takes several attempts to close windows in game.
2. Not getting any warp graphics.
3. Do not like new graphics on turrets when in hanger, too dark.
4. How do you open the corp hangars on an orca when docked (CQ enabled) without opening ship hangar and right clicking on ship as there is no option in the ship menu.
5. Using Ctrl and left click to target means you end up targeting other objects instead of the one you wanted. (This is the most annoying!).
Windows 7 Q9550 ATI 5850 4GB
Actually, I was having trouble with points 1. and 2. long before the Incarna patch.
There is definitely a new issue with #1 (window closing). The close icon (button) does not "notice" the L-Button mouse click event unless you move the cursor off the window then back onto the close icon. It doesn't seem to matter how many times you attempt to click "close" unless you move the cursor off the window and back on again. Then an only then will it activate. ---- WinXP SP3 ATI Radeon x1700 Mobility

I am getting jammed by ships that aren't there. Mining in a belt with no rats and I am getting jammed. In a mission and have killed all rats and still getting jammed. It is obvious that you have removed jamming from the actual rats and just made in an arbitrary action. I doubt that was your intent.
Thank you

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but when I'm in EVE and go to windows then back to EVE, it takes considerably longer (3+ seconds) for eve to load. In the meantime there's just a black screen.

Edited by: Junky Juke on 02/07/2011 06:24:15 Edited by: Junky Juke on 02/07/2011 06:23:54 I wish to report two client issues:
During missions if I receive any EW effect fron NPCs, the effect bar gets stuck on the screen for the rest of the mission. In the picture you can see nobody is jamming me, but the jamming bar is still there:
Second issue. In station if I double-click on a ship to show content, the window shows incorrect ship's cargo capacity. If there is stuff in cargohold you'll see a lower number of it's normal.

Edited by: Hiki Komori on 02/07/2011 17:19:21 PC-Client, Windows Vista Clear Chache already tried.
I know this are minor issues, but after reading this
"The ship on the login screen will no longer skip its animation when the logging in."
it seems you have time for minor issues.
Some of this bugs have been reported already, but none is fixed yet.
1.) The sound volume dropped after the Incarna patch, before it was enough to set the ingame volume and the system volume to 40%. Now i have to max out those settings to reach the sound level before the patch. I also checked the programm specific sound settings which are often the problem in Windows Vista, they are also at 100%. This is extremly annoying when switching to other Games or applications.
2.) I really appreciate the new strip-miner sound habit to play a distinctive sound when a new cycle begins, which makes it easier to mine semi-afk. But the sound itself is the same as the normal Miner I/II sound, and the rest of the cycle it remains silent. I would really like the old Strip-Miner sound back, which gave the Strips a more powerful, convicting sound. To keep a acoustic distinctive cycle begin would be nice nevertheless.
3.) The turret placement for the Prowler is wrong, the turret (Salvager, Tractor Beam) is floating about 30 metres aside the ship.
Thank you.

having selected any object in overview window, and changing the clientwindow by pressing <alt><tab> i "view" the selected object because of the alt key pressed! same issue with all other modifier keys... when having selected any object in overview window, and starting to select multiple items in cargo-window by using <ctrl> key the selected object gets targeted... is this supposed to behave in that manner? does anyone else have this "problem"? i think it is not really helpful...

Was in a trade-hub yesterday. Bought some stuff of the market. When I bought 4 Magnetic Field Stabilizers T2, my client suddenly crashed (with the associated error message from Win 7). Tried to restart but it kept crashing as soon as i klicked my toon and the client tried to enter the game. Tried it 4-5 times in a row. Was multiboxing atm, the other client ran stable without any probs.
Frustrated, I logged on again, choose another toon on the same account (an alt) and logged on. That worked! Then unlogged, and tried to relog with my main.
!!!! Suddenly everything worked fine again!
How come?! Some problem with cached files? Apparantly the client went into a state based on data from the crashed session, which caused it to crash again. When starting with another toon it remedied the error, so starting with another toon on the same account probably did something to something that fixed something...
My general feeling is that the Incarna client is much more unstable than the client used to be before. I've had several other crashes (with associated Win 7 error message)
BTW, ran with CQ disabled. PC matches CCP recommended PC exactly but with more RAM and a Intel i7 instead of an i5.

Apologies if this had been mentioned recently but I'd heard it was fixed, then not fixed, etc but I was mining four hours prior to this posting in an Orca with command modules running and it appears that my ship module command bonuses and skills weren't being applied to the gang I was boss of (range for strip miners was only 15 km, etc.
Can any other miners confirm they are still having issues?
BTW I'm aware of the dock/undock or log off/on workaround that was suggested a while back. Is that still valid?

My apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, I have looked to no avail.
Intel q6600 2.4ghz 3gig ram Nvidia 8800gt sli
I run Eve Fullscreen with everything maxed - occasionally run 2 clients.
My problems began pre incarna, with random freezes requiring a hard reboot, the odd BSOD and a perpetual, annoying screech when approaching a gate or docking. It seems to coincide with a session change - so loud my headphones have hit the wall on a few occasions.
I managed to work around the crashes/freezes and reduce the screech from perpetual to intermittent by tooling around with the nvidia control panel.
Making the CPU the default physx device Allowing the 3d application to govern settings Setting the SLI mode to single GPU
However, since Incarna, the issues have resurfaced, and then some. Firsty, FPS is all over the place (30ish in CQ, 60+ in space - etc.) the thing is, there seems to be no rhyme nor reason to it. I have everything maxed and the game runs no problem, no excessive heat - but in order to achieve this, upon logging in to CQ, I have to alt/tab out then back in - otherwise my fps drops to between 10 and 6 with a strange static crackle which remains if I disable sound - alt/tab then maximise and the problem has gone, back to 30+ fps in CQ..not great, but playable. This also happens upon docking and when I undock, it takes a good few seconds for space to load, followed by the station I have just undocked from. Also, the screech is back constantly, every time I warp to a gate, or station.
Now, I don't know if this is driver issue or carbon or a mixture of both, but it's turning what was once an enjoyable, immersive experience into a bit of a chore.
Just for the record, the usual suspects; crysis, witcher 2, FEAR 2 Et al play smoothly on maxed or very nearly...so my 2 1/2 year old rig doesn't seem to be the issue.

Ulva, you might want to download a good temperature monitor. I use HWMonitor which I downloaded from cnet.com, for example.
CCP, this system isn't atypical of the average level of your players. It should be able to support EVE with no problem. If EVE's software requires more, you may be literally showing the door to a large percentage of your subscriber base. Learning... |

Thank you for the advice Duvida:-)
I already use HWmonitor and have been keeping a close eye on temps. since Incarna was rolled out, especially after some of the horror stories I've heard/read!
As a precaution, I moved my soundcard up a slot (it was right on top of GPU 1) and de-dustballed my rig. I have to say, I'm happy with temps. Neither GPUs are getting above 82-84 degrees, they're rated as being able to handle 90 (inadvisable, I know) and my CPU core temps are well within the range. This is on top of recent hot weather, in a room that tends to get warm quickly.
My problem is more of a niggle than a game-breaker and I realise some folk are really struggling - but I have to agree with you comment regarding my spec as being fairly standard and therefore a benchmark that CCP should probably be working towards realistically.
The truly bizarre thing, is that my laptop;
Intel dual core 2.1ghz 4gig ram Nvidia 8600m GS
Runs captains quarters very smoothly on medium/high, when realistically, I should be staring at a door every time I dock.
Anyway, thank you for your input.

Seems like the market data export function of the mac os client is broken. Older threads worldwide said it should be found in"~library/preferences/eve online preferences/p_drive/mydocuments/eve/Marketlogs/" But as a matter of fact, this folder doesn't exist. Info.plist says it should be in "EVE online". :-/
Searching my drive also reveals no data created. Please fix -> traders are fu****
