I have an innovative idea to create parallel game content, but would prefer to deal direct with a developer, and not the whole Eve World.
Might a Real Person contact me, in order to keep my idea within the boundaries of game design parameters?
The idea means building a significant new angle to Eve Online and is designed to attract and keep many more gamers into the MMO of Eve Online, albeit through an independant pre-Eve game, that involves my own ideas and probably lots of Developer Brainstorming.
I really do not want to put it live on the Eve Insider as I believe it needs "non disclosure' reassurance, and perhaps a single developer to screen it for liklihood of success.

i don't think you'll get anywhere. the devs tend to ignore this area, if you want your name mentioned, you'd have to get it to be dropped by a csm. they'd probably ignore that too.
if you want a job, i hear they're hiring. i also hear the pay sucks and you'll have to move to iceland but if you love the job...

You're not going to get a personal dev email regardless of how important you think you are or how amazing your idea is. About the only chance you'll get for direct contact is by going to Fanfest and cornering one of them in person.
(your idea is terrible anyway)

Also remember large quantities of beer act like a Webber on devs, you just need to get close before applying it. Macrointel, the place were the nature order of the universe does not hold sway. Pirates and ore thief's are congratulated by carebears for the actions. |
