o7 Hi there.
I've been playing EVE on and off for quite a while now, (as you might notice my character's age indicates I should have much more SP than I actually do ><; ) and after resubbing about a month ago and fiddling around in RvB and some lowsec douching around on my own I feel I'm ready to jump back into the "real" world of EVE. So, I'm seeking a corp.
Things I'm seeking:
+Solo PVP opportunities. This is a must for me, it's what I enjoy most. Obviously I don't exclusively solo or I wouldn't be looking for a corp, small gang PVP is also a big plus for me.
+Readily available ISK opportunities. If in 0.0, are there pirate missions available, or sanctums/smaller anomalies to farm? I'm not looking for a "get-rich-quick" sort of scheme, just to be able to make enough to PVP regularly without going broke.
+This is probably the big catch - I have a buddy who's char is about 3 weeks old who I'd really like to be able to tag along. Opportunities for him to join in on PVP ops and ways for him to make isk (ratting or low level missions) would be necessary, as well as people who don't mind a newbie asking 200 questions a day.
Things I want to avoid:
-Hisec station games. Done plenty of that, no thanks.
-0.0 Blobfest. My home is small gang and solo PvP.

Contact me in game lets talk. We have a pvp class starting soon as part of our Pre Summer Recruiting Bash so getting your frind into corp and teaching him the ropes will not be a problem. During this time we reduce our minimum skill requirements and only require the ability to fly the coarse ship and fittings.

NNowhere: My immediate concerns when glancing over your thread is how welcome a <1m sp player would be, and the fact that you list major fleet battles as a major aspect of the corp.

Hey man, Exit Strategy is a small gang pvp corp based in NPC null(Curse) chilling out in a semi quiet place out there off the main road. We have anamoly ratting opportunities, and since we dont really have any blues yet, all the neutrals are up to shoot at. let me link our recruitment forum aswell as you can come check us out in Exit Pub, we're US timezone based and play in the evening.

We have the only player built missioning system in EvE where you can take up missions much like NPC missions (supply/courier/combat) where your actions change the course of of universe. All pvp missions reward Loyalty Points where you can exchange these for Faction/Officer/Tech 2 items from our very own LP Store.
We also reward you Loyalty Points for offensive and defensive plexing and supply you with free ships and equipment for fighting the Amarr and Caldari. Our missioning system is entirely governed by a complex factional standings model - the only type in existence which will soon become a global entity in EvE.

If you're still looking for a new home, you might like -UTT-.
We're a mixed corp of EU/US pilots primarily focused on PVP in null sec.
Small gangs is what we all love the most, so I can really see where you're coming from.
We are part of a null sec alliance however, so there will be the occasional CTA.
In my opinion it balances out pretty well, though. As there are plenty of ways to make isk and fund your pvp ventures.
As for your friend, I have no problem with him coming along as long as he shows willingness to learn, as I'm sure he will. There's always people to lend a hand or give advise. Null sec can be daunting, though. It's only this that worries me with fairly new characters.

Just reviewing your post and I think you and your friend would be a good fit with Quality Control! Were always active with wars, always having a blast on Team Speak! You flying solo or with a small gang is completely cool! With is your really allowed to do as you wish you just have some great people to do it with or back you up if needed!
We are more than willing to get your new friend in and show him some things, he will feel completely comfortable with us!
The biggest thing you need to know about us is were here for straight up fun, no drama, we like to kill things while having great conversations over team speak!

We See Dead People, Est. 2007, is a smaller corp, but we are all about hanging out on ts, having a good time while playing the game. At the end of the day that is really whats important, having a good time, with a group of friends, right?
