Since POS uses Enriched Uranium, Coolant, Robotics , various Isotopes, Strontium and Heavy Water a POS need to be a post Nuclear Power Plant.
So since we all know by now, those Reactor Units can be hazardous. And they can not be 100% safe. But what happens if a POS have a failure, explode or leak...will Concord close the system where this POS is or just the Moon ? What happens if a POS runs out of fuel ? It shuts down, but the reactor unit will still produce heat which need to be cooled, it doesn't consume anymore Coolant when offline. Does the POS use some "magic" to cool or how is that working ? Or will space be cold enough to cool it down ?
and on the end, who will clean up the mess ? Concord, some random merc corp ? Where do they store the waste ?
(I ask this in Science & Industry since I think its related to this topics)

Nuclear Power Plants became obsolete in Earth's early 21st century. The power units used inside of POS's are far more advanced and don't pose nearly the same risks as those barbaric systems did.
Any radiation leakage is so diluted in the void of space that it is unnoticed and inconsequential.

Tell me a single power source that won't pose a hazard after a 8.9 earthquake and a tsunami?

One in SPACE, where you don't have either of them?

I know it is counter intuitive but one of the main problems in space is what to do with heat. You can one side of a craft that can get very hot and one that is near 0 kelvin. Any industrial space complex would have to dedicate a lot of time and area into process to get ride of excess heat.
That being said if something crazy where to happen in some future space power generators (strange particles mabey) simply nudge the PoS into a decaying orbit into the sun ... the biggest semi stable nuclear power plant around.

Or you could simple rotate the POS to create an even distribution of heat and cold. Even then, who gives a flying F**? You're ship is drifting in a radiation-filled vacuum environment armed to the teeth with shields and armor made specifically to defend against EM/Therm/Kin/Exp attacks. And if you die, so what? You'll wake up in a clone vat bay ready for another day.

Risk management 101
Risk of your POS blowing up due to an internal failure - virtually 0 (statistically true - look at how many POS's are just hanging around the place, some for years, without ever failing)
Risk of your POS being blown out of the heavens by a cap fleet which happens not to share your aesthetic values - fairly high (leastwise in low or null).
Don't worry about internal failures - we haven't even seen them when POS goes under heavy fire.

Your HammerHead II strikes XYZ Corp's POS's reactor for 1 point, the POS spontaniously explodes due to a malfunction in the power core, thus ending all your fun in a furious explosion, that oddly enough does no damage to you, your friends, or your drones.

this is not the earth, why close down a system when the radiation wont be strong further away than.. 20-100 km?

What he said, if we look at what us humans currently know about radiation, and I believe cherynobl only closed off maybe 300km surrounding it.

There's more types of nuclear reactors than the offspring of Hyman J. Rickover's S5W plant we see in commercial use and those I worked on in the navy.
You wouldn't use a liquid-circulated coolant system in space, and you wouldn't design the fuel matrix where decay heat was a concern late in core life. End of story.

Also if your NPP generated heat without Fuel, there would be no need for said fuel. Since the fuels purpose is to burn and generate heat.
