Give everyone 3 months to find a low-sec/0.0 region to live in then make them move there in order to remain in business. 90 days should be long enough for someone to find a system they can work with, or make enough friends to gain sov in your own. People use Hi-Sec as a shield to protect themselves from "The Game" and to exploit Alt Repping in combat etc. Take away their pilot license and make them stay docked until they find a system of their own if they can't find any friends to take them.

LOL, I wondered if CCP was trolloling me or not. 5 minutes after I post this parody thread of a virtually identical thread in General Discussion (that remains there) I think I have my answer.

no, thank you.
what about someone who no longer is part of a protective corp and needs some security? this is even more lethal a situation if the pilot is focused on industry.
what about old accounts that played a month and then let the account expire, and then came back? would they be kicked out?
what if someone crosses the line between newb and everyone else while in the middle of hisec, does concord drop on them and escort them out?
the idea is valid, hisec is overpopulated. the method of fixing it is far too heavy handed.

NYC is overpopulated too, but I don't see them shipping people off to Zimbabwe...
So what if High Sec is over-populated? Low sec is empty for a reason; its a cesspool. Your casual players won't move to lowsec with their characters, they will move to different games. You can't make someone fight that doesn't want to (look at my alliance ticker, and believe me...)
So actually it is a perfect way of making HighSec empty; drive 80% of your player base off to other games - The PitBoss: AGREED .. getting paid to farm your alliance isn't real pvp/merc work |

High Security space used to be much, much smaller but CCP decided to expand it (the major trade hub was Yulai, and the expansion pushed all the major paths to Jita).
I say we go back to the old Highsec map.

Silly idea, That means that whenever I don't feel like investing much time on EVE I'll have to unsub. Playing in lowsec takes more attention, playing in nullsec takes more time to also help corp/alliance. ------------------------------------- I like to fly around and shoot stuff.
