Me too, I'm still getting that message after the patch.
Is there a way to contact the company, so that they know about this? I mean, I like the game, but I'm not going to pay $15 a month if I can't log in.

I can rarely log in either. I get to authenticating and then it says connection to the server lost or connection to the server closed. It was working fine before the patch and now I got nothing. I made sure all of the drivers on my computer are up to date and that the sound was disabled the last time I was able to log in, but still I can't connect for crap. Help! Also I tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game, nothing changed.

I get this problem too O_o.
Of course, it only happens on my laptop. On my other computer it works fine.

This appears to be something to do with a corrupt install. try reinstalling in a different place to your existing install (eg ccp(2) foldername). I used to get this a lot and ccp dont seem to know whats causing it.

So install to a different folder instead of where mine is now?
Ok, if you say so...
