Putting aside my abject dumbfoundedness at the amount of resources and time CCP has wasted on a charater avatar system that has about as much relavance to an internet spaceships game as fluffy bunnies and padded sofas, I'd just like to ask...
Why can't I make a morbidly obese avatar?
I'd like to make my avatar as close to my own likeness as possible, so I want to be able to make one that's huge, ugly, needs a haircut and hasn't had a shower in about 3 months. I'm sure 90% of the player-base would be in a similar ballpark.
Thank you for your time. I know it's in low supply with you guys being so busy making us beta test all your new concepts that you want to put in your new MMO and whatnot.

I hear you on that one. I made my av max weight, and then put on max next, chest and stomach. Only the stomach a significant, but still inconsequential, obese effect. These base templates are pretty much Sims-esque type models and you really can't fat it out with them.

Pods can't carry that much mass. Maybe one day, when the tech comes around, we will have pods capable of allowing the obese to jet around the stars. Until then, one can only dream. ________________ Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. -Benjamin Franklin |

Sir, I'll have you know I am very clean and smell like unicorn dreams and puppy breath with a hint of lavender.

Well, CCP is a european company (sort of). If it were a US one ofc obesity would feature way more prominently...

And if they were Australian we'd all look like Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman. Amirite?

Twinkies will be 10 uPlex each, and you'll need to eat _MANY_ of them to get the desired size.

I'm sure we'll get more options later.. even if we have to pay for them... I do wish the men could have a bigger paunch... a comb-over... chest/back hair...
And you just KNOW the girls will NEED to get their hair done once in awhile... sheesh!

Well, I'm not quite obese and I'm on a diet, but the super-slam Denny's breakfasts with bacon sausage egges and heaps of greasy hashbrowns I eat while truck trading do fatten me up a bit.
