No it's not. Do you understand how stacking penalties work? With 2 modules the stacking penalty doesn't even matter. SCHALAC HAS SPOKEN |

Now go read: http://www.eve-wiki.net/index.php?title=Stacking_penalty Do me a favor, load up two scriptable mods on your ship and then fly out into space. Turn them on then check stats, you will get more than 87% efficiency on the second mod. Now add scripts and then do the same. The change in % will be less than 1% effect, in some cases it actually gimps your ship to have 2 opposite scripts working in tandem. Sensor booster comes to me off the top of my head.
