I was wonder whats a really good exploration ship that does all the things required for exploration. I would mainly be exploring in amarr space.

Can you be a little more specific?
There are many different possible answers.
Passive Wormhole exploration, where your just scanning and bookmarking, then you want a Zephur. It's clearly a non-threat, non-combatant, that sleepers ignore.
Combat roles? then what kind?
There is nothing in EvE that is a master of all trades if that's what your looking for.

I would start with battlecruiser. Good defense, good offense, slots for scanning probe launcher, salvager, decryptor and analyzer.

T3 is best when you want all-in-one without an alt. Pick one according to your skills, Tengu is probably best but others can be put to work as well, just make sure to use the scan bonused subsystem.
The main advantage besides better tank and DPS than T2/T1 solutions is that you scan way faster because of the subsystem.
