There is from very little to zero scope for solo cap pilots with only one account as they can't leave the current system without being friendly to other pilots (which just isn't in some pilots nature)
Suggestion:-
1. lock onto suns and be randomly dropped in target system.
2. Cyno used only for pinpoint accuracy when jumping to target system.
until this is addressed some pilots will never get in a cap

Your initial premise (that piloting a captial ship should be a soloable activity) is flawed.

The capital system was designed back when Eve was but a wee girl with pony-tails and freckles. They were meant to be corporate assets of some rarity just as super-capitals were meant to be alliance assets.
Therefore the system does not account for the sad fact that capitals are personal possessions now, sometimes with individuals having whole fleets of the things. Super-capitals are not quite there yet, but getting closer every day, lots of if not most SC's are personal belongings whereas Titans due to high initial cost are still corporate assets (note: NOT alliance as intended) ..
So sell your carrier and get a BS/BC, get a second account going for a cyno-alt or find someone you trust to help when needed.

this capital are meant to be used by corps ext ext and the cyno is like the gate you know where the gate is and where the ships are so that why cynos drop the capital decide it

At this point, carriers are indeed personal possessions in game as are SC's (I don't know of a single non-personal SC). And I would like the ability to lock onto a star instead of a cyno beacon. But I don't think the argument for solo travel is valid. I think it makes better game play, the fact that you want to run around without a single buddy (not even yourself ffs) in eve isn't part of it.
I have several cyno alts as one of those guys with my own personal fleet of capitals and one of them even has cyno 5 for the covert cyno. And despite all those things, I'd love to see the cyno become an optional rather than mandatory part of it. I would still use a cyno for virtually all pvp functions, the only time I would go without is for traveling to rally point alone or for lvl5 missioning. So yes, I support your proposal but I also agree you're doing it wrong.
Thus far you shall read, but no further; for this is my sig. |

While I agree with the need for a cyno, maybe there could be specific cases where you could have an NPC entity or something do it for you. For instance:
If you have +9.0 standings with a specific NPC corp, you could jump straight to any stations they own as long as it is not high sec. The station could act as the cyno.
Not a perfect comprimise but just thought I would throw that out there.

I think that while titans an supercarriers are probably fine, normal capital ships (dreads, carriers and JF's) could use some buffing in some manner, to make them more worth using.
I don't know about randomly landing in system, seems a bit OP, but I would not object to allowing them to jump to the star of a low sec/0.0 system.

As long as with the current cyno's, it is visible system wide that a capital ship has jumped there, maybe with like a 10 second delay on the jump command (while the 'beacon' is visible in target system)

Problem comes in when you realize Caps arent Meant to be Solo ships, flown solo by solo people. They are Ships that are supposed to move in groups, intra corp and alliance. Therefore it is expected that someone in yer corp or alliance will be cyno'ing you around. (Most people have an alt because its easier, and allows you to move yourself when you want to.)
But the requirement of a second toon to cyno you is one of the necessary limitations of capitals that slows their ability to traverse the eve universe quickly solo
