I asked this before, but am still slightly confused and can't find the thread that I started about it.
What are the differences in them, or I guess what is each class of ship used for?
I am into the Exploration so I was told to go for Covert Ops for the ship that gives a bonus to survey probes, and the other ship in the covert class is a "Stealth Bomber" so how does that work and what is it go for?
Black Ops and Recon Ships, what are their uses?
I have those points from the learning skills, and I am curious what I should should dump the points into.
The character I am using to train this exploration stuff is my mining character, so either I train in the Planet stuff, or the Covert ops stuff to go exploring.

Covopss, recons and BOs have a one thing in common they all utilise cloaking in someway.
Covert ops is essentially an unarmed scouting ship with a cov ops cloak Stealth bomber is frigate with a BS sized weapons and some (null restricted) area effect bombs. Black ops is BS which is supposed to be used to bridge covert ops through specific jump bridge but the actual execution sucks (and quite badly I might add). Recon is a cruiser sized version of electronic attack ship they have 2 versions other one can use cov.ops cloak. For you mining char best use would be with a cov.ops but you still need a combat ship once you find the sites unless you only search for hidden asteroid belts, hence T3 are very popular in running those sites.
None of the cov.ops ships are in general suited for solo work except for cov.ops. frigate the rest are all gang ships and serve little to no PvE purpose, except for blockade runners but you're safe in high sec anyway so might as well use "jita space-transports" for hauling your goods, right ?

To be fair the Pilgram is a good Solo PVE boat for small Complexes and Radar sites.
It is also a good solo PVP boat if you pick your targets well. It is not gang oriented like the others, prefering to get up close and personal to shut down the target with neuts, scram, web, TD and attack with bonused Drones.
-- I can not decide on a sig yet.
Under Construction.

I've only messed with Stealth Bombers but have my Nemesis trained up pretty well. It does fairly good at solo 0.0 ratting and blitzing selected level 4 faction missions. It requires a great deal of paranoia and allows very little room for error though. You might have 5 seconds to react/run if things turn bad, before you will be reequipping a new ship and buying a new clone. Leave the implants someplace safe and get used to hanging on the edge of your seat.

Well I am looking for one that is good for exploration and then I plan on using him in PVP Combat, so which would be good for that, or do they all have their uses?

You're probably looking at Recon ships then. And yes, all Recons have their specialties/strengths (as evidenced by the bonuses they each have) and their pitfalls.
If you want an "all in one" package (exploring, plexing, and maybe some PvP**) then I'd recommend the Pilgrim. The drawbacks with that ship are that it's weak against missile ships and it is SLOOOOOOOOOW.
** Note: "Exploration" fits and "PvP" fits are radically different from one another... you'll have to dock up and modify accordingly. _______________________

Thanks, it is appreciated.
Still have some time before I am able to fly one.
Now I have to figure out how they are fit, since it seems you dont tank them, but rather use them for support.
