How many times do they have to fix, then re-introduce this bug?
Yes it is back, check your routes.
To me one of the things that really shows shoddy workmanship and management in a software company is re-introducing bugs.

They didn't reintroduce a bug - it's a totally new bug that does the same thing...

So out of 36 extractors that have been running for more than a year I had 7 where the route was gone and all the output was discarded. Factories stopped, other mats stacked up.
