Edited by: Ramingo on 28/10/2010 06:09:45 Payable On Death underwent a merger and has recently reformed. We've spent 100% of our time since creation involved in Faction War, on the sides of initially Caldari and now Amarr. We have been in a permanent state of war since then, always involved in fights and thus have been able to hone our skills. As such it is almost natural that we would delve into mercenary work.
Since reformation we've gone from a widespread 60 man corp to a tight knit 15 man corp and focused on small gang PvP. Even though we join the occasional militia blob of around 20, the majority of the time we roam in under 5 man gangs as can be evidenced on our KB.
http://1pod.eve-kill.net
Stats for the month of October so far are:
444 Ships killed (27.64B ISK) 45 Ships lost (2.35B ISK) 92.16% Efficiency (ISK)
Our KB is API verified so all our losses are posted, and more than a few kills are probably missing.
Due to our passion for Faction Warfare, our standings restrict us from Gallente and Minmatar space as we'd be fighting both the war targets, war decs and NPC navy. As such we are willing to offer our services in Caldari and Amarr high sec and all of low sec.
If you have a target corp/alliance you would like us to hunt, grief and kill, send a message or convo Ramingo or Tatal Zmeu, and we will discuss the objectives and renumeration.

What is to stop anyone you wardec from simply moving operations to Minmatar/Gallente high sec?
It's pointless trying to put a squeeze on people when they can very very easily avoid you. It's only worthwhile for POS takedowns in eligible locations. Do you offer POS takedowns?

Yes, we offer POS takedowns. If the targets move to Gallente/Minmatar high sec space which is the only safe haven they appear to have, we have partners and allies we work with who can finish them off there. Either way they're going to get killed, except if they move they also have to go through the logistical nightmare during which we can also damage them.
Also, it's not very difficult for us to go into Gal/Matar high sec, it just requires different strategies and makes things a bit more complex, but we can do it if needed. Draketrain live in "enemy" high sec actually.

I said it was at 92% for the current month of October which is when we reformed, and after the post we lost 2 cynas (we took a 10 vs 3 fight we shouldn't have) bringing our losses from 2.5 bill to 3 bill. I'd like to see your corp's efficiency if you weren't such an obvious troll.

There are enough merc corps out there offering to do jobs anywhere. We're not just another general merc corp. We're highly specialised and we do contracts near our centre of operations because we know the area better than anyone and that's 1 of the things that sets us apart. Low sec is our playground our home and our bread and butter.

For anything other than a merc corp your efficiency would be fine tbh. It's just if I was hiring mercs and my enemy was sometimes managing to kill them I'd be dissapointed with those mercs for letting my enemy get any enjoyment at all out of the dec.

**** you ******s talk alot of ****. Literally noone complains about Noir.'s efficiency, infact, they go to great lengths to make their efficiency as high as possible.
Even so, they're still at 82%~ but I don't hear you complaining about that.

It's funny, half the people here complaining about our name/trolling are actually our enemies from FW. Since they are rather helpless when it comes to fighting us in-game they choose the other option, sending forum warriors at us (Ice Fire Warriors are a 100 man corp btw).
About the name, it's unfortunate that it's also the name of a Christian Rock Band (meh) but I think it's rather fitting for mercs.

Jones, still bitter because you helped ruin BYDI/F1nal/Bane? Or is it that with your new corp you can't kill anything above a 10 man gang without having to cyno in PL supercaps?
Funny of you to link a single fight where we had a carrier that spent most of the fight TRIAGED (i.e. not whoring on KMs but instead risking a loss).
If you want to rise up from the depths of internet trolldom, go to our KB, hit kills, and check a few pages in and tell me what the average number of players involved in kills is, and the type of ships we killed (i.e. non-frigs).

Can't say I am impressed by the killboard, 90% good on you, too bad most of it (if not all) is from leeching off of FW fleets. Get us some stats of campaigns that only involved your corp and people might consider you..

Actually if you checked out a few pages in you'd see the trend is for our kills to involve under 5 people. That's apart from the fact that a majority of the gangs we FC ourselves and let a few friends join. Since those friends will also be joining us when needed on merc contract, I don't see how that would make any difference. Fact is we have low numbers involved in kills, get lots of kills, win fights outnumbered, etc...
1 war dec we finished was vs a fellow militia corp, Szwadron, that went GCC on us once too often. They refused to undock with us in system so we had to get creative. Result:
6 Ships killed (507.27M ISK) 0 Ships lost (0M ISK) 100% Efficiency (ISK)
http://1pod.eve-kill.net/?a=cc_detail&ctr_id=7207
Not much but how are you going to generate KMs when they hardly undock?

That BR is a perfect example of why we don't fight you guys as much anymore. Corp averages 7-10 online and anytime we try to join 3-ways you guys just all turn and shoot us

Last night, while running attempting to run a mission for the 24th Imperial Crusade, Ram-"U DED"-Mingo lost his (up to that point) invincible cloaky-stabby Cerberus Heavy Assault Cruiser.
I was unable to fire get on the killmail itself since I was 1 jump away. I did however manage to salvage his wreck.
Killmail of the aforementioned ship
Please keep in mind that Payable on Death are available for merc contracts.
That is all.
