I am a specialized Anshar pilot for sale! Here is the link to my skillchart.
Some highlights:
 9m SP (by the end of auction)
Calibration 5 (finished by the end of auction)
Jump Freighter / Freighter lvl 4
Fast alignment skills ready (Evasive Maneuvering 5, Adv. Spaceship Command 4)
+4 implants (without charisma)
Not bad learning skills and a remap available
Transport ships ready - just need the skill
Positive standings, no assets, located in highsec, etc.
Starting bid: 2,5b
Minimum bid increment: 250m
Buyout: 4b
Auction will end in 10 days (28 X 2010, 14 Eve Time). I will make it longer if there are no offers.
I will receive the ISK and pay transfer fee.

I would take it as an offer but it's not a valid one (Minimum increment of 250m). Buyout still is 4b. :)

For me a buyout is an "edgy" price - if you get it it's like "Woah!". The rest is for auction bidding.
