Edited by: Aelius on 15/10/2010 15:27:11 Mine was during some PVP in wh space with my corp mates.
We knew there were clocked enemy ships around the WH, so we used a corp mate as bait while others (including myself) waited in SBs.
As soon as the enemy uncloaks to attack the bait we begin to uncloak and bomb them... but with a mix of red wine and scotch running through my veins i go even further...
-Hit MWD and double click in direction of target like a madman to get to 30kms... launch bomb... keep firing all my torps... "Structure!!!! YES YES i'm gona kill him with the bomb".... ***BOOOMMM*** he is on a pod.... but so am i...
I remember saying on EVE voice "Damn someone just alphaed me" "Damn, must have been because i was MWD"... No...
Was I MWD?! Yes... Did someone killed me?! No... Did I changed direction when bomb launched?! No... Did i delivered the bomb to target "in hands" YES.
It was a worth a good laugh on voice. _________________________ CSM Candidate for 2011 (soon a pretty photoshop sig) Aelius 2011 Candidacy Guide Lines |

Back in RAM/ka-tet i used to drink ALOT.
People used to say they'd only get a fight on a roam if i was there and only then if i was drunk. It actually seemed to work like that as well.
Probably because i was scout/tackler and something along the lines of being drunk i'd do more extreme stuff to find us a group to shoot at. ------

haha, man... so here's three
1. I was returning from a break from Eve and was of the opinion that I was done with srs bizness. But, I got **** for assets out where my corp is, so they give me one of the ****tiest blackbirds ever. Like, I can't even use the missile launchers fit to the thing because I got no skills for it. So I'm flying high on ... rum or tequila or maybe beer or something I dunno and we get a fight with a zealot and some other stuff. So I warp in, jam everything, miss a jam, take some damage, warp out... do this several times. Finally I warp back in to the fight *at zero*. Miss my first jam cycle against the zealot and instantly die. Epic. Fail. At least the epic part seemed true.
2. Flying a Scimitar. Getting buzzed on suds man. I use my drones to aggress a hurricane on a gate... he aggresses back. I go down. What was I thinking? I don't know either... didn't even have a point fit.
3. Flying a Crusader. Engaged a Myrm with no backup. Up close and personal..... I got out with maybe 10% structure left only because I had a deadspace rep. Jeeze.

Sitting at a gate in 0.0 after a fight, refusing to jump away since we hadn't had a new dest from our FC. it didn't matter that reds started to pop up, I refused to move.
"Warp to a planet!" "Noooo!" "Warp to a gate, you're gonna get killed!" "Nooo, I don't have a destination, I can't jump!"
Need I say that I got podded?

The same night I almost bought my CEO and his GF plane tickets to Iceland for fanfest. Luckily I was so drunk that I couldnt read my credit card numbers properly. Also, the website wouldn't take Placid as his home address

Setting up some buy orders at around 2am after more than a few drinks I managed to execute a decimal error (I blame double vision) and made an order for 1 navy multifrequency crystal for 750,000,000 ISK. Needless to say, the order was filled immediately, but I did not notice till the next morning. --------------------------------------------

Not drunk, but under the influence certain high end vegetables. Warped a fleet of haulers to a hostile POS. As bad as getting everybody's stuff blown up was, nothing compared to the rage on vent because I couldn't stop laughing about it. |

I seem to have a habit of warping to a safe, going for another beer, and finding myself in a pod or new clone when I return, since I in fact warped to a station or gate bookmark instead.

Edited by: inexistin on 15/10/2010 19:05:40 One time after comming home from a bar I went to with a couple of friends I was really buzzed. So, now that I was home, what should I do? Whilst asking myself that question, I log into EVE, jump in an inty and join a roam fleet. After a few jumps, the FC realizes I am the only ceptor in his gang.
My alcohol level dropped 90% when I heard my name called and then the word "scout". However, I still got insta'ed by a pair of eagles when we finally got a fight that night... _________________________________________________

Playing EvE while drunk can be very nasty :) - Falling asleep during a ratting session in null, awaking 5h later in a pod still in the belt ^^ - reprocessing a BS instead of repackaging it - buying modules for millions isks, and can't fit them cos lack of skills. - writing non sense posts on the forum ^^ - laughing like a crazy in the middle of the night !

Half a bottle of Jameson plus faction battleship (rattlesnake if I recall, but the night was a blur) in my hanger calling to me. Intel said there was a gate op a few jumps down the pipe with drakes, canes, and some logi. I decide that waiting on backup is for chumps and immidiately jump down...
for some reason i'm tanking them (days later i find out they're in fail fits and are a bunch of newbies), but wondering why i'm not even scratching the target cane's tank. Turns out I left my ammo AND drones in station.
Rather than degress and try to wait for backup (now minutes away), I decide that i'm going to ram into the logistic ship kamakazi style. I overheat my hardeners for the last time (burning them out) and... don't really recall what happened after that. I blacked out and woke up the next day with a clean clone in home station. Turns out my friends showed up in time to watch my pod sit idle for a few mins while their gang went into disarray and one of the canes decided to pop it before he bailed.
Good times...

According to corpmates, I once bought something like 100 Rifters and claimed it was to "make a DIY titan in space."
I don't remember this, but the fact I had over a hundred Rifters in the station i found myself in the next day, I can only assume it was at least partially true.

The Setup:
- T2 fitted Vexor with an 800mm plate and 3 Heavy Ion Blasters... Warrior IIs, Hammerhead IIs, and light armor bots in the drone bay. - A regional gate - Boredom and bloodlust - 6 shots of Jose Cuervo - 1 liter of Pomegranate juice (one of the few things that actually mixes well with tequila)
The Situation:
I'm in faction warfare and hunting for targets with people. We get a heads up that a Rifter is jumping through a gate to the side we are camping. Drones outs, weapons and points primed and overloaded... we wait for the Rifter to decloak. He appears on the overview... 23km from me!!! YES!! Click, target, and point!!! MWD out to him and he is webbed. He red-boxes on a friendly frigate and I think, "his fate is now sealed." Then I notice that my drones are not attacking. Whatever, must be a glitch. Right-click, engage. For 2 minutes a friendly Rifter, Firetail, and myself pound away at the lone frigate... but for some reason his armor keeps regenerating.
A minute or two pass by and the Rifter eventually succumbs. Killmail goes up and I check it to see what kind of active repping fit he had that could keep up with all that DPS. Lo and behold, the ship had no repper. Just an AB, a plate, and some resistance mods. I check the damage the ship received... 14k damage. There is no way in hell a T1 frigate could fit that much buffer I exclaim in fleet chat. Then a corpie who has just landed at the gate asks why I have light armor bots out on gate (I haven't pulled in my drones yet)... and I realize what happened.
Apparently in my drunken frenzy I had sent armor repping drones after the Rifter instead of sending out my Warriors. It was only by pure luck that we had killed a nub who was not smart enough to use my lapse in drone management to deaggress and jump back through the gate.
The Result:
Another tally under my belt... but I firmly solidified my claim as the butt end of all jokes in corp. _______________________

One of my first weeks playing EvE, I thought I'd take a shot at being a pirate. Brandy and t1 warmscrambler in hand, I set out to the nearest low sec system. A badger appeared and I opened fire. Unknown to me at the time, I had accidentally targeted the billboard behind the badger. Concord did not seem to approve of attack on public property, it seems.

About a year into Eve I was a bit drunk in the early hours of the morning (about 4am).
I thought it would be interesting to see the amount of minerals all my stuff would reprocess into (missioning then, so all my stuff was in one station). Selected everything, reprocess screen - oh, wow, that really is a lot. Heh. Cancel.
Wait...that wasn't cancel I clicked.
