On warfare link modules, they all say a 2.00% command bonus,
whats the command bonus,
for the active shielding link for example,
"Increases the speed of the fleet's shield boosters and decreases the duration of shield transporters."
and for the shield harmonizing
"Boosts all shield resistances for the fleet's ships."
By how much does it do this, whats the percentage?

I honestly did think you might be troll trying to kid the good people of these general forums. Didn't mean anything by it.
It would be 2% for each level of warfare link command you have trained. Or whatever the specific name of the skill is.

technically, the module is a flat 2%.
The skill however adds 100% per level (assuming a starting point of 0, as you need level 1 to use the module)

Yeah, depending on which command ship you're using, your leadership skills, and your implants, it's significant.
2% * 5 skill levels = 10%. (for shields) vulture bonus = 3% bonus to effectiveness of Siege Warfare Links per level = 15% then there's an implant too.
So, add all that up, and it's like giving your entire fleet an extra invuln field that's on all the time. Still stacks, but hey - more tank, no slots.
Also, you can't stack warfare modules - you can't put three harmonizers on a vulture. Just FYI.

Just to derail a slightly boring thread:
