If it was allowed I would carry my old S&W 32. revovler with me as well. :P
but you are aren't you? I mean the revolver in a bag must be legal, how else will you be able to transport this legal weapon?

Originally by: Mr Funkadelic My urban survival kit can fit in my wallet, its about the size of a credit card, and it has the letters "VISA" on it. Works like a charm.
Holy crap that's what I use. How freaky is that? As backup I find a similar device, but with the letters MASTERCARD instead, useful too if I've used the VISA one a little to much.
Seriously though all you need to survive the urban jungle is wallet (with cash and cards), phone (preferable with GPS if you don't know the city in question) and probably a set of keys. Walking around everywhere with a backpack is just going to make people, especially store security and police, view you with suspicion and make less desirable people think you are worth robbing.

To a degree. Gun laws here in Norway is kind of strict. The law even demand I keep it locked up in a safe at my home. A safe that is accepted by the authorities (so no cheap ones). I bet my safe cost about the same as the gun is worth. Sigh. But it was worth it, I inherited the gun from my grandfather, and he had it in WWII. You can carry it in a case with you to the range however, but walking around with it is not taken lightly by the police. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then make sure you always have a point of origin from where you're transporting the gun to the range that intersect where you're caught with it.
