My name is Oland Jan. I may be known to some of you. I am a fool.
~Oland stands and begins to walk slowly toward a window looking into space from an eclectically apostered room~
When Du'uma Fiisi announced the execution of 28,985 Matar slaves that ôfailedö their re-education program. I quietly decided to seek information regarding the tribulations of those murdered while guests of DuÆuma Fiisi.
~Oland walks back to the terminal and sits down~
While the truth of the events leading to the ôeventö may never be fully known. Information related to the ôoperationö has come into my possession.
DuÆuma FiisiÆs ability to covertly enact such a large and complex operation, speaks to the dangerous caliber of their leadership, and the fanatical dedication of their convictions. It also speaks to the ineptitude of the involved ôPolitical Entitiesö within whose borders DuÆuma Fiisi operated.
Over the next few daysÆ information obtained from an interview with a mid ranking Caldari operative who worked as a contractor in one of DuÆuma FiisiÆs re-education camps will be released.
In an effort to fully disclose our methods, I tell you honestly that the associates I represent compensated the informant substantially for this information. The information he gave was verified where possible.
The scope of DuÆuma FiisiÆs actions before, during, and after this operation is staggering. It is my intention to peruse details related to DuÆuma Fiisis operational abilities, but that is for another time.

Didn't they already come out and admit to murdering all of those that would have actually required effort to rehabilitate? It seemed pretty clear, they made little effort to deny it once it became apparent.
That said, further information may prove amusing, but it'll be hard to top mass murder in the guise of freedom. That made my day.

Make no mistake... the truth has been available for a long time. Never think it will ever do anything but strengthen our resolve.
You and your vile kin will burn as those who can be freed will be.
Du'uma Fiisi now considers me an enemy... so be it. The common goal is still there...
Du'uma Fiisi will bring terror into your heart and dreams. And they will not be the only ones...

I have heard a whisper or two, on various channels that the Ammatar Oland Jan is indeed dead. I would be interested to know how and buy who. Did he actually have any new information?

Mizhara.
After some digging I found this little jewel.
Originally by: Mizhara Del'thul ôI will personally pay 10 million ISK for every confirmed destruction of pilot Oland Jan's capsule coupled with the destruction of a ship from today's date and until I get bored with seeing his corpse float around in Republic space. To claim the bounty, I will require a killmail of both ship and capsule destruction. If more than one person is involved in the kill, I may add a bonus in order to avoid spreading the bounty too thin. There will be a five million ISK bonus if you can bring me his corpse in addition to the killmails. I foresee myself enjoying his death for at least thirty consecutive payouts. If you kill any of his close associates, and can prove the connection, I may be able to swing some bounties towards such kills as well.ö
I donÆt think your bounty had much to do with his death. But I find it interesting. I also find it amusing that you are deemed so defective that even DuÆuma Fiisi wonÆt associate with you.

Personally I donÆt make a habit of barking at trees. But considering the level of inbreeding within your race I will forgive your addle mindedness.
So I am guessing by your comment that you have a bounty on Oland Jan also? Or you just donÆt know if he is dead or not, and typical of your race are trying to inflate your own ego.
Oh and you are incorrect, I may be scum but I am not Ammatar scum. I was born free in the Republic and follow the path of my people. But from what I hear you are too busy with your ... unnatural habits to be much concerned about accuracy or truth.

Apparently I should use smaller words... I will remember that should I ever venture a question here again.
But my question is now moot, as I have my answers.

I will point out that Jan's investigation was conducted on his own personal time, and was not sanctioned by myself, or any of the KPV administration.
His death is unfortunate, and my only regret is that he did not die directly in the line of duty... choosing instead some personal vendetta over duty to his corporation. An unfortunate waste of a promising life.
Oland will be missed, but we will not shed tears, for the death of any Matari in the service of the faithful (as opposed to in service to themselves) is a blessed thing.
KPV members are of course free to investigate these events at their leisure but I will most likely not return to this subject.

Apparently a great many people associated with this alleged investigation are dead. I find it interesting that KVP takes such care to distance itself from Oland JanÆs investigations of DuÆuma Fiisi. I understand that religion and politics in the Kingdom are more pragmatic than in the Empire but I had no idea it had become this degraded. A promising sign. Which begs to mind some fairly interesting questions related to DuÆuma FiisiÆs ability to run ôcampsö in the Kingdom.

Starting to sound more like an adult Suibhne, good work.
I'm not 'distancing' I am clarifying. If I had anything to do with this nonsense you would certainly hear about it directly from me on this thread; I'm generally quite up front and public with my intentions and actions, as subtlety is not one of my strong suites.
I am illustrating that there is a clear distinction between Oland's personal work and that of my organization. If this is not obvious then please re-read my statement a few more times until it sinks into that thick skull of yours.
On a side note Du'uma Fiisi is certainly allowed to run any "camps" here in the Kingdom they like provided it is their own chattle they have legally purchased, and not the legitimate human property of someone else. If they'd like to enter the slave market in Khanid they can be my guest; I'll even consider donating some money to help them get started.

Good day,
We only knew Oland Jan for a short period of time. Like many of you, I quickly grew to like and admire this young pilot. I must admit, I found some of hisàinterests a bit untoward, but given his culture I was prepared not to judge the man too harshly. This was due to not only his skill as a warrior, but due to his personal honor and integrity.
When we received notice from Concord that he was in fact dead, that his clone had failed to reanimate, I began a personal investigation to determine his cause of death.
I fear I must admit to you today that this investigation has failed to provide any concrete leads.
However, I did come across something rather odd.
When we reanimate into a new clone, certain cybernetic systems are installed prior to reanimation. For example, the cybernetics necessary to be a capsuleer are implanted so the pilot may quickly return to his business. Others prefer to have tattoos, piercings and other personal idiosyncrasies already in place.
In the rare event that the pilot in question is also a legal slave, an electronic collar, vitoc port or chip set is also included.
When I questioned the technicians at the port heÆd chosen for reanimation, I was surprised to find that his failed clone had an anklet of ownership. This anklet is sometimes used in Amarr in lieu of a traditional collar for slaves who cannot wear one around the neck (for example a neck collars would pose a danger for certain types of construction work or might not be aesthetically pleasing for a recreational slave). The collar was in place, but the electronic ôownerÆs markö had been erased.
He also had an implant for control chips, like the kind favored by some here in Khanid. The chips however were missing and the technicians could not determine where the chips had gone.
I would very much like to find where those chips have gotten off to. I would like to find who erased the anklet.
More importantly, I would like to pose to you all the simple question:
Who owned Oland Jan?

Your sources are more informed than mine Sinjin Mokk, But the information you have presented agrees roughly with mine.
I understand that there ôwasö a Federation Citizen named Robert (Sygarious) [I am unsure of the last name.] Who distributed a message he claimed was sent to him from Oland Jan on or near the date of his death. Apparently he is now dead as well.
As I understand it from Oland JanÆs transmittals titled ôReflections of a nobodyö, he claimed to be a freed slave. Considering the substantial resources he had at his disposal and other considerations I find it difficult to believe his assertion.
The mind reels, was this a comedy of errors or is there something more sinister afoot.
But I second Sinjin MokkÆs assessment, and question.
Who owned Oland Jan, and to what purpose did they send him to his death?

Thank you for your replay Mr. Suibhne.
I am beginning to lean to something sinister.
Where did this "Robert" keep his clone? Can it be determined if he was a slave or kept any slaves?
