well, true, i'd use it eventually - i mean, at first people thought intys would never be used in real combat :P incidently, where can you get the stats on these? theyre not on market, and not on eve-i....

it has to be a bug. you get type-E and type-D mods fairly easily where type-D is better than type-E. this is type-A equivalent without type-Bs and type-Cs. why would they skip type-Bs and C-s? this has to be a broken loot table.
