I must be missing something here because I don't get any of the numbers to add up.
When I take the cost of the datacores, multiply by how many I need for one invention attempt and then divide by the invention chance I don't get the exact number that's listed under "cost per run" (not using decryptors or meta x items). Worse, when I check the "cost per item" on a higher BPC run it's not a multiple of the first number.
A 1 run BPC gives a 1 run T2 BPC and a 300 run BPC gives a 10 run T2 BPC, invention chance is the same. The "cost per item" should exactly ten times less because I get ten more runs per successful attempt. Instead it's approx. five times less, but still a bit more than that!
AFAIK the sheet doesn't take the BPC cost into account either so that can't be it. |

The BPC cost are taken into account. You will find there valuations in the Buy sheet ( Scroll down )
There are some very rough approximate guesses in place for BPC values.
Put in your own values for more accurate results.
