I am planning an alt to run L4's relatively afk in a Domi. I don't plan on using a gun for anything but agro.
All I see that would be useful is:
Slot 6 Squire CR4 3% cap recharge Slot 9 Noble ZET400 More repair.
Am I missing anything useful? Where are the drone implants?

Have a mate who can run them without any implants, am sure those two would be the only ones you really need

Squire CR4 Squire CC4 Noble ZET400 Noble ZET500
that's my loadout with a Squire EE4 as my utility implant for that slot, but never got around to buying

I wouldn't buy cap implants for a Domi at all. Seriously they don't need it even when running a super-heavy active tank. 3 t1 CCC's and the 5 t2 cap rechargers are enough for that dual-rep tank with repair systems 5.

Being able to drop a cap recharger for eg: an omni tracking will increase the ISK/hr. Signed, Pheusia |

Pardon my ignorance, as I've been away from the game for a while, but how do you AFK level 4 missions? Do you mean running it on a second box while you watch elf pron on your main comp or something of that nature?

This. I also count on the little bit of extra cap to be a buffer during certain blood missions that would flatten a domi's cap in short order, even with only half the tank running.
Some variations of the tank aren't cap stable with a rack of tractors and salvagers running as well, so implants extends that runtime somewhat. Sucks to start hearing capout warnings when you left two tractors running and stepped away for a bit.
