lol, that is what beer is for... but yea Toronto is in southern Ontario, its not that cold, you want to stay away from Montreal, the weather there is just rude.
(I'm from even further north than Montreal where the snowbanks are higher than houses, I think i'll feel right at home next year in iceland for fanfest)

We normally meet downtown near Union Station. Easier for people who take the subway or bus. There's plenty of Restaurants/Pubs in that area with lots of beer and good food. I'll give you three places that would be great:
1) Loose Moose Tap & Grill

You'll probably need to call and make a reservation. ;)

my vote is for the loose moose as well. .. unless anyone has any major issues with the loosechargin moose, it shall be so.
EDIT: As far as tha tlist goes, i will contact those guys via evemail in game tonight and send them an invite to the group/channel/list/event link and info and ask them to RSVP. would be cool, there is like 50 people on there.

Before that, I would've recommended one of my favourite place right on Yonge and Bloor, called 'Korean Grill House'. It's cook your own meat place, all-you-can-ear (I think), with beef, ribs, squid, and other stuff. Perhaps we can consider that place for next meeting since this is decided already?
Oh yes, I'm in as well.

Sorry I'll miss this one. I'll be in GTA in Early Feb. Slowly becoming a Canadian Transplant due to my girl living in Oshawa. I'm currently deployed to the middle east. But am looking for a get together if you all are doing something in Feb.

Hi guys, so despite my untimely disapearance (GF aggro) the meet was a huge success, im told over 20 people came by!
So this is only a taste of things to come, we will regroup next month, i will forward all the details to all of you, and YES I WILL ACTUALY SHOW UP TO MY OWN PARTY THIS TIME! im so sorry about that.
Please guys message me personaly your feedback, who showed screen/ RL First name .... and any creepers? (sorry to ask but you know... this is the internet, and we dont pull background checks on the members)
Anyways, we are going to do it bigger and better next month and here are a few improvements that will be made:
1. We will not drop the ball on the reservation and we will have a set area and be able to ask to be seated with the group at the door.
2. Will have better food
3. I will be there (sorry ....i know i owe alot of people drinks ..lol)
4. I will be there
5.I will actualy be able to go through the material i had prepared for the meeting... but i guess thats a suprise for next time. (Dont worry i wont show up in a cape speaking space english)
