To everyone still whining about the name: it makes sense to call them Supercarriers, only because CCP is obviously making a new, true Mothership, that does actually have an adequate role, right? :)
Other than that, I'm loving the changes. But please make FBs not die in 1/over9000 seconds :)
Only thing left for me to ask... When is the patch coming out?

I play this game since so long and this Nerf for Dreadnoughts catched me one more time on wrong foot. There are just too many changes. The list gets longer and longer of ships, which I have to refit and can no more use like I did. And I see it in the whole community. Everybody is using dreadnoughts now less than before and it sucks. POS-warfare with Battleships always sucked. Why this step back?
Dreadnoughts seem no more able to defend against conventional ships good enough. I would have to run again a lot of tests to find out with the new data. Now I am again just confused.
Can anybody tell me examples, what Dreadnoughts can hit and what not? Not anything, that moves?
I am with a main in a big alliance. It is a little frustrating to be a good dreadnought pilot (skillwise) and see it almost no more in use.
How does it hit moving other Capitals?

Are the Capchanges the only balance changes coming with 1.1 or any other (Rockets for example) aswell?

While you're busy squashing bugs could you make the carrier range bonus apply to sentry drones too? As it stands I have to fit drone links (not going to happen) just to make my wardens hit their optimal. Seems strange that the capital had less range than a hac despite throwing fighters so far.
Some mid range defence would be nice, or simple clarification of whether this is a bug or intended behaviour . ***The EVE servers and their patches*** |

Bobby made a good point there regarding fleet fights.
I would like to ask/say the following. As being a Hell pilot. I would like to see a very small bonus for capital remotes. Or a added remote range to capital energytransfer.
I would like to see a greater bonus on fighter bombers than the Thanatos has. They have both less HP. so that will make Hell mjummie too :)
Minnie will be primary anyways, and than at least can do good damage :)

Apart from generic missile skills, you don't need to get citadel cruise 5 (And c.torpedos) for smaller ships. It's takes soo long to being able to fly it properly and annoying long to master.

Different types of tank to train for while every other race can just train straight up from carrier to dread except for realistically only advanced weapon upgrades 5. Very heavy missile skills that many minmatar pilots don't have and a consistently **** dread. Sure it's getting a bit of a fix again, but for YEARS it sucked **** then it was ok for a couple of months till we were told "lawl it looks bad but if you fit a gyro it does more dmg!1!!1!"
Naglafars are the least flown capital for a multitude of VERY good reasons, and just addressing one of the major issues leave plenty untended, and moves pilots in training AWAY from minmatar capitals even if it means going off their chosen path (not like they won't make up the SP on the extra skills they don't have to train anyway.)

Its not gonna happen cause CCP is not redoing the model, and the skin. its been Hashed and Rehashed hundreds of time, it will always be the way it is. i fly a Nag, im not complaining its a wicked dread sure split ammo sucks but im never last on the km, sometimes im very close to first . With the Fixes proposed it will be a wicked dread to fly.
It will NEVER be a Single weapons ship unless you fly crippled, then alonzi.
If you'd kindly paid attention to the Naglfar CHanges thread few months ago you woulda seen them say this over and over and over.

Yes. In a childish "stamping my foot means NO!" manner with no reason given despite the repeated threads detailing how terrible a "versatile" dread is in EVE.
