Step 1. Create alt, Create corp.
Step 2. Recruit hundreds of noobs fresh to the game.
Step 3. Get noobs to make nice website and videos. Nice Website and Video's
Step 4. Ask for Donations often. (Noobs buy GTC and donate LOTS of isk)
TL;DR
Well all good things must come to an end. This operation could of gone so much further then it did but alas the story of Local Threat will have to end here. I did however manage to make 75 billion isk in 3 months. Which is a lot for me.
The most I stole before this was 15 billion isk worth in thanatos carriers that I stole from WI. (Which all sold in 1 day right back to their own members for all you haters last time that thought they would get stuck)
And before that was like 7 billion isk from Igneus Auctorita(goon corp THAT I BUILT FOR LULZ)
Anyways, I am moving up the chain of scams and corp thievery. I tried hanging out with GH-SC for a little bit, they are cool guys, but I am definetly more of a solo kind of guy, I guess I dont work well with others. Probably why I am so good at screwing people over.
Anyways, this time, I came up with a much better Idea, Well actually, let me rephrase that, I stole the idea from Tyrrax Thorrk. But I did however modify the idea from taking a year+ in work to only months.
So "his" original idea was to create a corp and get it into an alliance or possibly even create an alliance, but not just a random corp, A really good one that ends up getting into the position to pocket moon minerals on the side for a long time without other corps in the alliance noticing.
Well anyways, without getting too much into details that dont really matter, I went off on my own and created Local Threat and started recruiting with my awesome recruiting skills and I recruited 600+ people in just a couple months. I didnt do this all by myself, I found real honest hard working noobs and trained them up and they helped me lead this corp. I made a couple of them directors and trusted them with much.
But I didnt create just any corp, This corp turned out to be amazing, I realized that I was wasting time joining corps and building them up to steal from them later. All I had to do was recruit hundreds of noobs and sit back and do little. Take them on a roam a few times a week. Anyways, Without getting too into that because I dont really want to show others how what I did is possible. I just want to get to the bragging part.
Ok, what is there to brag about? Basically when you get HUNDREDS of brand new people interested in the game you have SOOOO many ways to exploit them, THey have no idea of any of the scams, you can show them how to buy GTC's. make them do anything you want. Seriously, I had a freaking army of noobs at my disposal, THey did whatever I wanted them to do, Even if that meant that they needed to donate to help pay for stuff.
There was many paypal donations aswell.
So how did I get away with all of this without them knowing? With help of course, that leads me back to the point about them doing whatever you want. I brainwashed all of them. And it worked for a long time, until I had to go inactive, then that gave them time to think.
Thats what leads me to the downfall of the story and why it could of been so much better.....
If I would of sticked with it I eventually could of gotten this corp into a very high position in the NC. (And I have always hated the NC, btw Hi.) The possibilities would have been limitless.
I did however manage to make 75 billion isk in the last 3 months and I have more assets then I know what to do with.
I didnt want the story to end here, but 1 of the 2 people I trusted ended up going off and telling the story to a lot of people which forced the hand. Local Threat with any possibility of being a trustworthy reputable corp was tarnished when my right hand man told the truth to all the corp members. Especially one of them being an ex director in GLD during the time I stole the 16 carriers. He didnt know it was me.

Ultimately I made the mistake in trusting someone, And you dont have to tell me, I know the way it is lol. But when it comes down to it, you can not manage hundreds of people and have trusted right hand men without them truly know whats going on. We just worked way too close together and especially with me pocketing the profits, I had to make sure they were on the same level as me.
Hell the paypal account is actually controlled by one of the directors, But that one I know definetly would not of screwed me over, because I know where he lives :)
I didnt get screwed over financially tho because I always made sure that I kept all the isk on my personal accounts, and the other director just bought GTC's with the money that was donated and that was all liquidated into isk, so overall my extreme paranoia did save me in the end. Money wise anyways.
Well anyways, Now all the Local Threat people are going to their new corp, called SALUS NOVUS. Lead by AngryAndy(The 1 out of 2 people I trusted) And I hope you dont read my text wrong, I just think he deserves the credit.
They have joined the other razor sister alliance called United Front Alliance. UFA will be taking Elysiums space. (Btw, for any of you that dont know, Elysium is a sister alliance of Razor controlled by Hk9. <~~The razor official I had to trick into believing local threat was a gaming group that came from some random korean game called rising force online lol.
I made him believe that we were goon 2.0 and that we were going to make goons look small, But keep in mind we did have 670 members at 3 months so it was believable.
Anyways, so yea, thats my story, it ends short I guess, in terms of what I had planned, BUT. I do have the ability to create huge legitimate corps over night and get into any of your alliances if I truly want too.
Anyways, Long story short, I just wanted to post this to inspire any thiefs out there to go out, and create huge corps over night and have fun at the expense of hundreds of noobs when you take them out to all suicide on your mains smartbombing battleship lol or when you ask hundreds of new enthusiastic players for donations and show them all how to buy GTC.
You too can make 75 bil in 3 months. (probably more, I didnt really try hard)

One of the guys in PL has a friend who was in Local Threat and pasted some parts of your private forum/corpchat, some of us called it was a scam, but thank you anyway as it provided great entertainment.

650 people was the number to trick razor into believing we were a real corp, hundreds of people that were recruited were 1 day old alts that never logged back in.
But that is the thing, I wasnt actually there most the time. It was an alt corp.

Building a corp of 670 members in three months is probably worth 75b ISK. Meaning you didn't steal it. There was value produced for the ISK. When you steal something, the party you steal from receives no value in trade. In this case, many of the 670 people in the corp probably felt they received a good experience for the money spent.

People donated RL money because it was their personal choice out of game to do. Wasn't a scam. In fact none of this was a scam, it was a legitimate corp.
Everyone is thinking this is a scam or this is stealing, but its neither.
What I am saying it, You can make a lot of isk by recruiting loads of noobs and asking for donations. Because noobs buy GTC's.

I had a "good" feeling about you when you would brag about doing paypal scams in RL on WI alliance chat. Too bad nobody could have predicted you would be brazen enough to scam internet space ships from people playing an internet space ship game.
As for the current scam, good job, I guess. I would have been happy with having 600 people in my corp, but I guess to each their own.
