good hulk starter,missing bunch of relative important skills but with 1.28m unalocated sp should worth about 3.5b if lucky. |

Very low activity in corp. history, Almost 5 years in an NPC corp, which I assume to be inactivity. API is disabled on updating your skillsheet in eveboards.
4m SP 0 implants and very little in the way of combat skills, most are focused on mining rocks and ice. At best, someone may be persuaded to pay for the 2004 age, but since it is lacking the SP to compliment that, the most I would wager is closer to 2b, maybe 2.5 at best. But without refining skills or hauler skills to back up significant movement of material, someone might not even offer that.

On the plus side the character has a good corp history, it is an early toon and some people seem to like that.
It would make a nice high sec miner but is missing the core skills needed for it to truly shine.
at present i would imagine around 2.5bill however if you train it up for a month or so and add in those core skills and take the time to get it ready for t2 mining crystals you could be looking at 4.5 bill. so either sell now for a low price to someone that will put the time in or make it happen yourself.
Skills needed:
did not see cybernetics there: if not get to 3 then fit it with +3's
get exhumers to at least 3 but preferably 5
refining to 4 and refinery efficiancy to 5
then get the core shield skils required to be able to hold a sensible tank as well as handle t2 upgrades for mining.
tldr
2.5 bill at present
4.5 bill with a month and a half of work |

Nothing on the unallocated sp tho, did you miss that or was that included in the estimates?

It was considered, but I imagine it would immediately go to core skills, as such was not much of a boost. Even then, a 5.2mil SP fetches marginally better, still 2.5b at best, though, for industrialists. |
