6xsiege launchers II tractor salvager
bay thrusters II bay thrusters I fuel cache partition I
5xhobgoblin II 5xhammerhead II
Eft says 658 dps along with 421 tank, i would be using javelins with 54km range which from my experience should be enough for most lvl 4 mission encounters, the reason why im using 6 launchers instead of 7 is that because with my current skills i would have to replace a bcu with cpu upgrade yielding around 8% damage increase and i like to kill+loot+salvage in one go. Also thinking about a rattlesnake as it would provide a superior tank with same dps starting point and a little lower dps with max skills (which would take a while) but it costs like 400 extra mils so dunno if its worth it for just missioning

Don't bother. The Rattlesnake is becoming a drone ship in the next patch. It'll still be a decent mission ship, but it's not a CNR substitute. -----------

Get a Golem. It'll let you loot & salvage while you do the mission at no DPS cost.
That CNR fit is totally pointless as others have said.

As was mentioned, definitely use all 7 launcher slots if you intend to fly the CNR, and definitely skip loot/salvage as you go ( other than maybe use tractor in 8th high and tractor a few wrecks as you go ).
The Torp CNR is not a totally dead idea and, if like me, you don't AWU 5 yet, its a good stepping stone en route to Golem.
For CPU, make sure you have Electronics 5, Weapon Upgrades 5, and a often overlooked one is Launcher Rigging as it saves on the cpu penalty that those 3 launcher rigs are giving you.
For lows, since a gank-fit looks like the goal here, I'd say 4x CN BCU + a Damage Control II.
Another thought, 4m total SP would give me a bit of concern trying to fly that ship and make it work really well. My toon that flies one has more than double that just in missiles, and that's not counting BS 5 or all the other support skills. Consider postponing this idea temporarily so you can skill up a while longer and really make the CNR shine.
Additionally, I've flown gank-fitted Cruise CNR and Torp CNR. The Torp CNR is only superior situationally ( ie in certain missions ). The average mission completion speed for a well-fitted Cruise CNR and a high skilled toon is quite excellent. Not to discourage your idea, just some food for thought.
So, in conclusion, your fitting is not WAY off, could just use some tweaks, and consider REALLY skilling up before trying to use that or you could be disappointed by its actual performance compared to how good it looks on paper.

The tank is iffy. It's great against guristas (80% kin, 20% therm), a bit light against serpentis (kin/therm), and very light against sansha (em/therm.) Angel, drones and mercs would be iffy also.
Knock 2-4 km off of that 54km number. You lose some distance as the torpedo accelerates after launching and due to target movement. You may or may not be able to hit those mission rats that orbit at 52 to 54km.
I can understand the appeal of being cap stable, but it's "not the way to go." Plan B would be to fit the 7th launcher, work on your Missile Bombardment and Missile Projection Skills, replace the fuel cache partition I rig with a CCC rig in order to save CPU and get more cap, and swap one or two of the Cap Flux's for a Damage Control II or PDS IIs for more tank. And only fly against guristas and easy serpentis missions.

Well with my current regular raven i have only 300 sustained/800 max dps tank and never needed more (i avoid the EA chain but anything except that one) and cnr also has alot bigger buffer shield amount+more kill speed with torps, wether im gonna slap on another launcher tho depends if the extra killing speed makes up for the lost salvage as ive already tried flying a dedicated salvager to clean up after missions and the isk/hour didnt change much either way while i do gather ~10% more by just salvaging in my mission boat. As for other recommendations swapping a flux coil with fourth bcu would give me exactly 4% extra damage or a briefcase would actually drop my sustained tank by 16% while increasing max tank by 10% - is it worth it?

Wouldn't you want at least 2 painters for a torp CNR? I think that's why the golem is primarly the torp boat, it has both the slots to fit painters and TWO torp boosting bonuses. CNR can work but I think the tank gets dangerously low.

Just out of curiosity i modded my ship in EFT. Runs for 34 minutes with all modules on and the only two expensive items are the deadspace booster and invuln which combined will cost you almost a billion. The whole fit probably costs 2.2 billion.

66.3 KM range on javs, without looking at implants. That's a lot better than I thought it would be. The skill time for Bombardment V PLUS Projection V is very close to the training time for Precision V, which has no effect on torps.
My advice is to stick to cruise missiles. They require a WHOLE LOT less SP than torps do to be 100% effective.

Raven and CNR both have EXACT same ship bonuses and slot layout. You just said that the Raven tank is enough...
Your solution might be to start fitting more BCUs at the expense of the tank. And as always...don't fly what you can't afford to lose.

Just go with a cruise CNR, in the end it is going to be more effective and give you better mission times than the torp CNR could ever hope to.

i run missions faster with Torps than i did with Cruse. now thats with T1 cruse T2 mabe faster than torps that i dont know
