Um... a KM alone doesn't prove much. For all we know, its the other way around.
IB4"Onyx" - Onyx is often used by caldari in place of a hac, sometimes without a superpoint even fitted.

Yea, the "rule breakers" have been pretty active the last several months.
I saw one of the Devs post that they are considering bringing back the perma-bans for this kind of thing. They probably shouldn't have reduced them TBH.

Because you and other people like you keep giving them attention in the form of indignant local chat and forum threads 100% justifing thier actions for them. If it happens again just keep silent send the info to a gm and let them handle it quietly. If these people don't get any attention and just get banned then the problem goes away on its own.

I think if they start handing out temp bans for such blatant disregard for the rules over to TQ they might not be laughing so much at the 'carebear tears'.

These both.
Also, I'm all for bringing back the perma-bans. It would be totally welcome in my book.

I've completely given up on the FFA's. Seems since around the beginning of the year the amount of grief has made it all pointless to me. I now log in off systems and test pos stuff and W-space.
I remember years back, you messed up you were perma banned- no questions asked. Some tard came around, he was quickly gone for good.

Someone made a good point about there being more people causing problems on SiSi since the boxed edition went out.
I don't think I'll bother visiting the FFA, just use a safe spot with friends and anyone in local who fancies some pvp and leave them to it down in FD. ------------------------------------------------ You either need a punch up the throat or a good shag.

You know what ? CCP should stop failing damn hard and close test server, that would clear all the problems. Trolling is not permitted on the forum - we encourage threads that discuss issues in a constructive and spirited atmosphere. < lmfao... |

Can't remember names but somebody definitely camped orvolle-pf gate (there were couple of carriers, gila, onyx), saw couple of wrecks - probably they just started camping. They also were trying to catch me, but with no success.

I like this idea.
Also, i sort of agree with Fab to a certain extent... i feel if it keeps going downhill like this they should close Sisi from the public and only open it when they need mass testing of something etc. etc.
On a lighter note, when i arrived there, the onyx, gila and 2 carriers were shooting a rattlesnake, which was still tanking them when i died

except that a lto of the problems pop up when there is stuff ot be tested: ie right now. since the dominion stuff was put on sisi, there have been a tonne more campers and people being ass hats ______________________________________________

Mainly inbetween the tests, whereas on the days when the tests are happeneing (last night doesn't count, the test was postponed) there is little to no asshattery, although i do agree that there has been an influx of ass hat's and campers since dominion was put on sisi...

I'd say:
1 week for 1st time violation 1 month for 2nd 1 year if you are stupid enough to make it the 3rd
Just stop the idiots, we don't need them.

Edited by: Mag''s on 26/09/2009 14:37:22 While I agree in more action to sort out these rules breakers, TQ bans may throw up more issues. I'm not saying I don't support that idea, but the following situation needs to be considered.
- Person A sells char on forum to person B.
- Person A then logs into test server and proceeds to break rules.
- CCP hands out bans both on the test server and TQ.
- Person B tries to log on and finds his account banned.
- Person B then has to file a petition etc (you know how long this can take to sort).
As you can see, TQ bans can be a mine field.
Edit: Just to add, the whole reason I don't frequent the test server any more, is due to rule breakers.

GMs, as opposed to players, are perfectly capable of seeing what account a character is linked to. If anything, that'll get Person A's account banned. Person B isn't even going to notice anything happened.
