The chain is about your agent setting up a POS - first mission is collecting his book "Corporation Management For The Rest of Us", second is getting his workers (the item you pick up is "Homeless"), then you go gank this hauler (Supply Shipment) in the incredibly eye-strainingly bright environment, then somewhere along the way you go to try and defend his POS against the corporation whose freighter you just blew up. There's another mission in there somewhere. But as for what the environment is, I have no idea. I guess some mission developer was let loose with the toolkit and thought a white version of the toxic cloud from Recon 3 of 3 would be "cool" :) [Aussie players: join channel ANZAC]

I think the last mission of the Recon mission set has a cool green background with what looks like tornados off in the distance. Personally I wish more missions had this sort of background.
