I think you should read the rules on character sales mate. It says that the character being sold is the one to receive the ISK.

Thanks mate, sorry I got confused, so isk goes to me, then i pass it on to alt then transfer the character to the new account?

Yes . You transfer the ISK to your alt _before_ transferring the char to the new owner.
