I've been playing the missions at the Center for Advanced Studies, and had missions offered from each of them. Due to other things, I didn't play the game for a week. When I logged into this on Sunday, all offers had disappeared, and a notification from each agent saying that the offer had expired.
I hadn't finished any of the mission arcs for any of them, and I don't know how to get them to give me missions again and I have no idea how I'm going to advance.
I'm still new to EVE, and I would like to continue playing this, so any advice helps.

EVE has a mechanism wherein the NPCs get pissy if you don't finish a quest for them. I suspect that you managed to get a bunch of different agents pissy at you at the same time and took a reputationstanding hit.
There are specific skills you can train to boost your standing. Social for all agents, diplomacy for hostile agents, and connections for friendly ones.
Either train up those skills to give you a boost or run level 1 missions to increase your standing until they unlock again.
You can find other agents from the same corporation with agent search. There's a similar utility in the game itself.

after you accept the mission you have 7 days to do it, never accept a mission unless you are going to do it write at that time
don't kown if the mission is consider failure after 7 days if so you will lose standings
also if you do the mission right after you accept it you will probably receive a bonus

That is what happened, but it wasn't that I didn't finish a mission, it was that it was offered, but didn't accept or decline it. Does that have the same effect?

The corp is the Center for Advanced Studies, which was explained to me has different agents for different paths through the game. Do I just need to work with any other CAS agent in another area, or do I need to find one who was giving me missions in the same path? |

Offers also expire. Are these the starter missions? If so, you can go to one of the other two racial starter systems near you and restart them. Its a bit much to add the links for you from my phone at the moment. |

Yes, the offers expired.

If you came from the Center then you were probably directed to Clellinon. If so, get your way to Couster or Trossere and you should be able to use those career agents. I suggest doing them one at a time instead of all at once.

Hello Darrion Madullier,
File a petition under Game Play > Missions In progress and a GM will be able to help you out. Just explain that you want to do the tutorial missions and a GM should be able to tell you what to do.
If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask.
