so awhile ago I posted a thread about a bond to finance a W.H. it really didn't work, what with me being pretty much unknown and no good way to secure it. plenty of great feed back was gleaned from it and all in all it was a positive experience.
At any rate we ( me and some corp mates) have gone ahead as planned and paid for it ourselves. currently we have a pretty efficient class 5 farming plan that requires only 5 people ( 3 t3 ships, a basilisk and a command ship) and are averaging around 2bil give or take a week in income.
yesterday I started my first t3 hull production run, 10 hulls in 11 days and some change. the question I have is that with WH ops taking up the bulk of my play time and my science character not having any really good trade skills, is there a market for a whole sale service where as some one could buy the hulls at a 30mil or so discount and handle the baby sitting of the actually sell orders themselves?
from what I can see, 10 hulls at current prices is worth about 3.3bil so if they were purchased at 3bil that would net some one around a 10% profit. this profit may take a week to get or month, I'm not really sure. but it sounds about as profitable as some bonds. this may be more appropriate for the sell orders section but with most high level traders hanging out in here maybe this is a business plan some one would want to take on or maybe already has.

T3 wholesale makes alot of sense for the work you have to go through to produce the dang things. However, the problem right now is that I don't see anyone willing to pay for a large order of the hulls as they continue to decline in price. When they stabilize you should be able to set up a deal... I know my corp would be interested, but not while the price is so volatile.

Sounds interesting. Hit me up in-game (evemail probably the easiest) so we can talk it over.

big or small I don't think the actual order size matters much, as long as it was more than say 2. it just seems like a pain to try and play the 1 isk or whatever game with them.
as for pricing they seem to be hovering around 330m wich when you figure sub systems that puts a whole ship at around 600-700m wich I think is where it should be. t3 is very versatile and and is easily worth the price for pve ops.
for pvp maybe not as much but then again I made a pretty easy pvp fit with 1k dps tank, decent dps output and a point, so they are pretty viable across the game. atleast IMHO.
