The Caldari agent works for Nugoeihuvi Corporation and is found floating in space like the COSMOS agents.
Anyone know what corps the others work for?

Thanks to problem with the Sisi version I was incapable of getting them before, but here are the agents with the corporation.
Required standing 6.8 with the corporation or the faction.

The first agent on Sisi sent you elsewhere, you didn't do any missions in Dodixie itself. I think they just tried to make it easy to kick off by making the first agent easy to find.

Regarding the Epic Arcs:
I was really looking forward to them. Im not an uber mission runner. I really get bored quite fast from the ever repeating missions. From the arc i was expextiong some new missions connected by some nice story. So i grabed a ship and piloted it to Josameto where the Caldari Agent is. But what did i find in Josameto? An Agent from a corp i never heard about with a standing requirement of 6.8. Of course i do not have the standing to the corp nor do i have a high enough faction standing towards Cadari State. Maybe that is not a problem at all for hardcore mission runners but the casual mission runner like me wont be able to enjoy this content without many hours of more grinding.
I dont want to run dozends of level 4 missions nor do i have the time for that. So the consequence is that i cant access that content. Sorry but the standing system is just stupid here.

find out where thier storyline agents are located and run missions for corp near them. you should be able to get standings high enough after about 5 sl missions with them.

The Impetus missions are about the creation of some holoreels Impetus wants to produce.
First one is simply talking to an agent of theirs in Tolle.
That guy (who sits in an opus luxury yacht at a beacon) seems to be the main agent for the arc.
First he will send you to some location to clear it for filming. At that location rogue drones hang around. Be careful, you should be in a well tanked ship. Nice location looks for my taste.
Second you will have to pick up the star for the filming. However that guy gets into trouble when you get to the location. Hostiles are of Minmatar origin. You will NEED the salvaging skill to complete this mission. Do NOT start it before you got that skill, and a salvaging ship.
Thirdly - well, dont know yet - maybe someone who has gotten that far yet can tell us more...

Edited by: IVeige on 21/08/2009 00:26:23 did 10 of them so far, galente ones. Awesome missions. Did them with a friend (who didnt have standing) in a kronos + nighwawk team. Some of them are heavy on the tank, you never know what will hapen in the mission. Its stresfull lol. You warp in and they gank you, or try lol, but its awesome. You get pop up messages along the mission, you or you team mate get them.
You see typhoon npc now, maelstrom npc now are just some of the awesome sauce new thingy and plenty of other well..structures
edit : You dont have to go in dodixie to talk or start the things. Many of them you can accept mission where you are o/

Ok, did a few more and I can second this. If you can solo all lvl 4 missions does not mean you will be able to take on those... BE CAREFUL, or you will loose your wonderful mission ship
For now, no more info than this. Want to keep the suspense, now don't we.

Just make sure you have your Science V ready so you can train Hacking and such to run these missions. It may be required here and there.
I've run the first 14 Caldari ones, and not sure what to think of them yet. At least on the test server yesterday there were still some issues with some missions, so hopefully those were corrected with today's patch. Still not as profitable as running regular L4's IMO (lost of travel back and forth involved with these missions...), but a nice change of pace.

Yes, he's one of the agents where you end up after starting the arc. However, it seems the Caldari arc is down until some time next week.

Running the Gallente epics. Difficulty varies widely. Have done about 10-15 of them so far, all high sec ones in a Golem, all low sec ones in an assualt missle caracal. The Golem has had to warp out more than the Caracal. Don't ever, ever let Intaki Elite Hyperions next to you.
Overall way more fun than L4s, less isk though. Ofc I don't know if it gets better and some missions are paying 25-30m in completion bonuses alone. Hoping for a unique racial implant or something at the end.

Edited by: IVeige on 21/08/2009 06:55:18 Edited by: IVeige on 21/08/2009 06:51:09 done 16 of them so far, galente one. In a nighwawk. One mission is giving a reward of 10 million.
along mission you get some nice salvage , and of course holoreel crap. And you get to kill freighters !
Agent are sending you ALOT to other agents all over galente space, giving you the choice to go do mission in low sec or not. Seems you got alot more choice of mission if you go in low sec. But guess what, you have to talk to an agent in low sec, he is problably gonna be camp by pirates 24 hours a day now lol.
So far , i never got scramble by anything. No scrambling. Alot of web, dampenin and some cruiser with neut. Thats about it. Almost no bounties at all in most of them. lots of pretty building and you can see that they put alot of work in the background.
Edit : You only get standing with impetus (corporation) and their agents. So far no faction increase or decrease at all. Even if you get to shot minmatars ships and galente ships. They count as the 16 mission you need to get a faction mission like every other usual mission.

fot those that don't roam the Test Server forum, this is pretty important:
Originally by: CCP Big Dumb Object
Originally by: Abrazzar Do those arcs feature anti-empire objectives or are they 'standings-safe'?
Actual standing loss for fighting faction ships will be infrequent. Most missions have been designed to override the usual NPC-kill penalties.
Players should see minimal standing hits after running an arc.
Exception: The Amarr arc "Right to Rule" has the player shooting the crap out of Sansha in the first third, but there is an option to turn that around before the end.
and this:
Originally by: CCP Big Dumb Object Lowsec missions are something we debated about internally. We understand lowsec is a risky prospect, particularly when your character isn't kitted out specifically for that playstyle. However, it is a major element of EVE. We wanted to have that option available to players. So yes, lowsec missions are in. But we've made two design decisions that we hope will mititgate the problem elements.
1) The vast majority of lowsec missions are tied to particular branches. These branches focus on the more legally dubious options available to the player, making lowsec a natural choice. However, the player will most often be presented with an explicit choice between this and a safer--if lower paying--hisec branch.
2) Lowsec complex sites for these arcs are designed to be completable in interceptors or assault frigs. Get in, make some pretty explosions, get out. These are still level 4 in difficulty, so although you won't be fighting fleets of battleships, you will have a difficult fight for your ship class ahead of you.

Finished Gallente Epic, pretty fun, plenty of hard missions.
Overall
Not one single scrambling frig Low sec missions were easy, with one giving a 30m completion bonus 9/10 rats had no bounty Salvage wasn't very good Loot was decent, loads of BS so turrets abound Pator Cruisers Nuet Fewer Rats, but WAY more damage for each. Tier 3 BS HURT. Most of the money is in the completion rewards. 10,15,25,30 mil at a time At the end you're given a choice of which of 2 faction mods you want as a reward. Range seems to be the key. Next time I will try a Cerb
