Does getting a high agent faction do or mean anything.
Currently I'm using a L2 agent with a -17 quality. I have a decent faction with him of around 3.42. I got my corp faction up high enough last night to be able to use a new L2 agent with a +11 quality.
Is it better to use the -17 agent with decent agent faction or to use the +11 agent that I'd be starting fresh on agent faction. Or should I hold off on the +11 agent and wait tell I can use the +17 agent that is only .22 corp faction points away from being available to me.

Always better to run a level II...
sort of goes like this.
<-20-----Lvl1----+20><-20-----Lvl2----+20><-20----Lvl3-----+20>
Kinda.
The more quality the more money
Also holding off... it's up to you... it depends how much stuff you have to trail round with you. Personally I have 3 ships in my 'mission' kit (1 inter, 1 cruiser and 1 besty). So moving 'house' is a pain in the arse.... Other than that I'd go for the highest you can do.

It makes little odds really. Your faction rating will only go up by doing agent missions marked as "Important" (it may go up via other means, but AFAIK thats the only way they go up doing missions). So you'd just need to do a few more important missions to get that +17 agent.
Faction standing has a big impact on the game (more with Shiva, probably). The amount taken when you refine any ores for instance...
-- Gotta sell my stuff...
