Ok for a comparison I guess... but one of the big advantages the CNR/Golem has its ability to freely switch damage types without penalty. The Tengu is stuck with kinetic or giving up a bonus... next time use the proper damage type for each stage.

speaking as a solo account noob, that flies gal ships, has a kronos and a proteus.
effective range with kronus and AM 425s about 60k, effective range with proteus and 250mm loaded AM 40k.
when i am flying kronus i am definately slower since i am salvaging as i go but straight up kill wise both ships are darn close the kronus obviously has an advantage on downing battleships, but proteus eats hacs, cruisers, bc, frigates that the battleship would have to partially rely on drones to deal with, especially if they like to hug.
nevermind that lest in gal space you have a number of annoying small ship missions that those big old guns on the battleship would have a tough time without sniping or abing out of range to try and snipe. proteus has limited range but you can zip around at 600+ ms not taking damage usually cause your speed tanking and killing effectively.
and as pointed out if a mission has ecm your maruader is skrewd blockade being a prime example with ecm hacs that will have your effective targeting range nerfed down to about 22k, and drones take forever to down the 250k hacs in that mission.
marauders are king of mission running if you want to park shoot salvage and loot some. t3 are the king of zipping around with impunity running circles around npc bs and obliterating ships.
t3 might not be the most efficient because of limited cargo space, tho you do have a extra high you could fly around and salvage at 600ms. but if your just bored of salvaging or in a hurry t3 are perfectly fine.

I assume you mean tracking disruption, that Sanshas do, not ECM. ECM is what guristas do - makes you lose all locks and be unable to lock anything for 20 seconds. And ofc NPC's cheat so relatively low sensor str of marauders has no effect on NPC ECM, as they just ignore your sensors and just roll dice.
