Anyone know how fast they answer these types of petitions? I lost a BS last night when the server had a issue and tons of players disconnected.
Just need to know if they answer pretty quickly or if I need to go buy a new ship, lol

Depends on the volume of petitions that have gone in over the last few days, because they're put into a queue - if a lot of people have been putting in Ships and Combat reimbursement requests, then you might have to wait a bit; if not, the GMs may have managed to work through their backlog and it could be a fairly quick response. (When we had the big network maintenance issue that resulted in several hundred players disconnecting all at once a month or two ago, it took about three and a half days for my petition to go through.)
As for buying a new ship, it depends on how urgent the need for a replacement is. Also, how expensively it was fit. If it was pretty shiny, you might want to consider waiting so that you don't end up paying for things you'll get back (they return your ship and any modules that were listed as 'destroyed' on the killmail; anything that was 'dropped' you won't get back) and don't need duplicates of. |

A corpmate of mine waited a month for reimbursement after goons petitioned us for exploits (and got an answer within minutes). BTW, he was reimbursed so, joke's on goons. |

Thanks Morwen. I knew they worked in ques and that some queues were faster then others so hoping mine wont' be too slow
