im new to the game so this may or may not not be the place for this post .. as a new player the most discargeing thing is the suicid ganker's .. bargs specily retreivers are not eqiuped for defens or combate easy pray for the ganker's that expliot slow police response time.. if the want to engage in crimnal activaty in a high security sector.. its fine let em but 15 minute aggression and i small drop in securty status is not suffcient they are crimnals make them such if they kill a citzen in high sector space and concord responds they want to be crimnal's make them so strip them down to negtive securty leave the aggressio0n for the life of the charictor and force them out of high sector space and into low sector were they belong.. any citzen of what ever state and race they have choosen should get kill rights on a negtive player .. if i blow up some ones car in real life do you think the police is going to blow my car up and leave it at that no im going to jail and prison.. or im going to run to another country and hide .. 15 minutes of aggression is redicules and does nothing to deter crimnal activity .. pirates and crimnals can both be a cool thing but make it what it is a crime punshble with seriuos concidences
the expliot has gotten so popular that it is a hiliday weeklong event that pays a reward to the corp that can gank the most bargs.. that is just plain stupid.. pirates are cool crimnals are cool but ppl that use slow response to use a 1500 isk ship to pop a 20 million rigged retrreiver that a month old player has spent his whole time working for and can not replace unless they are in a corp .. that is not condusive to enticing new players to jion the game and trust me i tell ppl about it when i mention the game to others .. word of mouth advertiseing and new players that fall in love with the game is $$$$ to eve and gankers ARE COSTING EVE REAL LIFE MONEY!
i invested real money into playing the game and if i had known that the rule saying killing players in high securty was against the rules .. really meant kill em if you can before the police do anything .. then i would not of paid for it ..
keep the pvp were it belongs .. low sector thats why it is there .. you kill in state your a crimnal and will be treated as such for the remander of the time you remain in this state so you better run cause any body with postive securty can now kill you .. you are now a big red target ..

I would like to offer a T2 Probe, in turn need a t2 launcher...
But the probes only use, scanning cloaked ships....
Makes the game balance for all the ninja cloakers in game..

I like this idea of T2 probe with T2 probe launcher that can cloaky ship. Make it a module that can only fit on destroyers. |

i would like to put forward my idea of custom player bult ships. where I think Ship Assembly should be added as a station service allowing you to buy parts, like the ones used in blue prints and use this service to put them together how ever you like. I would suggest using something similar to the probe placement, making your own ship designed for what ever you want tell me what you think guys.

I know this will be deleted, but seeing as where i want to post is locked, i'm hoping it will be read first...
allow for certain mining drones (T2?) to salvage and solve the issue once and for all.
Having read most of the salv drone discussion, this seems a reasonably logical solution. (i appreciate you've no doubt thought of this already, but just thought i'd make the point) |

1) Why don`t add a language indicator (bar) to "chat" window..?? It also must be in "secure cargo container" password window..
2) Maybe something like ALT+Tab in windows.. or some for best window manage..
3) What about locate/move damage popup window or group it.. maybe an independent window with filter for damage? Also real with drones..
4) Why can`t to tuning cargo/item list for item properties? For example indicate "meta level" of item in item list! or another property of item..
5) Maybe something in trade.. Sell pack of items.. with price tuning for every item in list.. Sell option for pack of items.. (not only contract realization)

1) I would like to see an improvement in "bump distance" between ships. I would like to be able to fly in formation and even take better pics with closer formations. It would be great to see the bump area reduced to the same distance from the ship as say the border produced by an active shield booster.
2) There is a small issue between characters that I would love to see fixed. For some of my characters, I am at times able to right click on another char while in same station (via the chat) and click 'trade' between my chars. For the rest of my chars, there is no trade via the chatrooms, I have to go into the guests tab for the station, scroll down, and find the char through there, right click and trade. What is the issue?

Combat simulator with a W-space twist. To be added to the Combat Simulator thread plz
In summary it would work like this:
Two pilots agree a duel. Both are provided with bookmarks to a wormhole entrance which will take them to the W-space bubble. They then locate and engage each other until: they run out of time; one runs away (leaves the bubble) or one of them kills the other.
In more detail it would work like this

i just skimed threw and didn't really see anything on the topic so i figured posting it here would be better then making a new topic.
why not have a spell check for chats i personaly am a horable speller. And got to say i get picked on for it alot. we don't need anything fancy or anything something simple would be great.
just an idea

The thread Improved Market Interface is currently closed - for a long time. Any news from CCP?
My additional idea and comment:
1. disable auto-refresh on market and orders lists, instead...
2. add manual refresh button and functionality to... a) check if your order is still number 1 b) add columns for the current market's highest buy order and lowest sell order c) (automatically) highlight order entries which are out of date / not anymore number 1.

I did not see this at first so I opened a new thread UI 'Personal Assets': add volume information + fix 'size' column
Please attach this new, unmentioned idea to the original thread:
In "personal assets" all your items are aggregated per station. Once you click on a station "headline" the view is expanded showing all items at that station.
Each item has a column named "size". What is "size"? Volume? Currently this column is apparently 1. only filled for implant items (showing "implant") 2. shows not the size/volume of an item
My suggestion for the individual item line: 1. Rename "size" into "item volume". 2. Add Column "total volume" (number of this item * volume)
My suggestion for the station headline: 1. Show the "total volume on this station" in one of the columns / right next to the station name - currently you need to manually expand each station and manually calculate how much volume resides at a station. 2. Rename "- xx Items -" into "- xx different Items -". By the way, this information is useless : You might have 150 Miner I lying around, still it shows "- 1 Item -"... What knowledge have you gained?

This is a minor and cosmetic suggestion but can we have a ship painter option ? May not need to be fantastically detailed but at least let players to change a bit of the colors on our ships or add emblems. This would make it more fun for corporations to have a sort of dress code or simply to make players feel more attached to their own ships. We can name our ships so why not color them ?

Combat Scanner Probe:
ye i believe this should work as it's name;... IE: put an option on the probes like in people and places and market = "Search" in order to scan down specific players or Corps, otherwise it is basically used to scan down ships (randomly really) good for Privateers just looking for anyone; not really practical as a "Combat" scanner probe imho. or maybe change the description to "Very popular amongst Privateers for General Probing";..... did not the Snoop scanner probe do this = scan specific? i dont remember, been a few years.

ye also i hear they do not work anymore ( i have only seen them once in market; dont remember what system) but i believe with all the fuss about players salvaging others' kills and what not; they would be very practical to use to mine the area to make it a bit more difficult and challenging for "salvagers" to do so. Mines could be set to FOF or just set to genrally kill anything in range (except to the player who launched it, of course) with option to "retrieve" them back or not,.. just leave them for the next "salvaging privateer" or the next "mission looting privateer", heh lol. Now i realise they were once in use but i dont know what the specifics were and that they no longer work,.. should bring em back imho.
I will drop this in Assembly Hall, not trolling just reaching out to those who may not come "here".

We already have the Hulk for mining minerals, the Makinaw for mining ice, and the Skiff for mining mercoxit. Any chance we could ever see a ship designed for mining gas? Only seems logical since we have special ships for just about everything else. Could even be added as an update to current T3 ships since that would be easy to do. |

I belong to a corp that recently had it's alliance automatically disbanded by CCP.
My CEO has moved back home (a different country from where he was) and is having issues getting internet installed at his residence. I realize that this is not your problem but my issue is this. He has not been able to be online in about 3 months, every bill the corp gets is automatically paid as that is set up within the corp wallet. The problem with this autopay system is that it doesn't include the ability to autopay the alliance bill as well and nobody would ever have to face the automatic disbanding of their alliance simply due to non-payment of the bill.
Simply put, it would be great if the autopay feature extended to include the automatic payment of the alliance bill as well.

A petition was recently filed and a suggestion made that a GM considered in their reply to be a good suggestion and recommended I discuss it here for developers to take into consideration. I understand from 2004 when I joined the EvE family, it was just that. I very rarely saw any grievers, EvE world acted according to their character and what they wanted to be thought of, respected and pilots had values. When EvE opened its doors to alt characters and multiple accounts we have the EvE we have today, whereby personnel with EGO's and not having to suffer permanent repercussions are letting their Evil sides come out and hiding behind their main characters and personal reputation. Exploit after Exploit seems to be the era where by these aforementioned pilots seek to gain an easy pay day and grieve others. Most current way that can be avoided is whereby pilots are allowed to go to hi sec scan ships and see the passive folk that just mission and keep to themselves not bothering anyone. They see they have nice equipment in their ships and the only way they can now grieve these people is either probing them out and then can flipping. Now these players are joining a temporary CORP, war decking the hi sec players CORP and waiting for the perfect opportunity when the player doesn't see anyone for a 5 day period, adding more players last minute to like 4 or 5 players and attacking the player. Gaining all their hard earned modules they have acquired and loss of an expensive ship. This is Grieving by the definition. Grievers have low sec to do their grieving. Hi sec CCP has tried to make a more friendly environment again where passive folk that are peaceful can enjoy EvE. My suggestion was to not allow low member corporations like 4 or 5, small corps basically to be able to war deck other corporations. This would legitimize the War deck for legitimate reasons for larger corporations. Small 4 member corporations should not be allowed to file war decks against other playerÆs corps. This is definitely a harassing tool that has been taken advantage of and become an exploit to grieve other players. Thank you for taking my suggestion into consideration and hope to see change in some form soon. I know how players think, That I am only writing this because it happened to me, this is not true. I have a personal concern, because it happened to my 70 year old father who actually plays this game to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of high sec security. He doesn't go to low sec because that is not for him. Why not he be able to have the same enjoyment as do grievers that enjoy in low sec. Thank you immensely for your attention regarding this matter and that it is seriously taken into consideration. Good Day Stryder OUT....

Id like to Call these mobile Defense Modules: Shield based for Caldari and Minmatar- Shield Grid Module ( 30km radius of Fitted Ship & Fleet gains Additional SH.HP)-Thinking about 3000. Armor Based for Amarr and Gallente- Armor Limiter Module (35* Km Radius of fitted ship & Fleet Gains Additional AR.HP) -about 3000 as well.
*Note: the reason for the extended range on Armor is cause armor is hp or repair only, whilst the shield has regen, hp, and boosts.
For these Modules I thought of the Use of Tier2 Tech2 BC (Harbinger, Myrmidon, Hurricane, Drake)We can name this Class "Defender" As we all know the Logisitics dont get much Coverage and are Usualy Primaried whence seen on fields So this Idea Bring out the "Which to Primary now" Situation.
Hows that for an Idea? Im Notebooking the Full Role/ship bonuses To the Tier2 T2 ships in-game while I mined cause it came up as good thought for more Tactical Warfare.
If this Entrigues CCP or Dev plz reply I can try to go into more Detail...as I priar mentiond Im working on the info in-game when im mining .
