Don't know if this is best place to post but oh well.
Currently I have the full Noble set (1000 to 4000, and 500) and I feel two of them are wasted. The remote armor repairer cap reduction and the hull hp bonus, slots 7 and 8.
I was considering changing them for: 8 - hybrid weapon cap reduction. 7- tracking bonus or locking range bonus.
These would be more use I just want opinions.
On a side note, it is for my missioning clone, and I can't give names of implants as I am on my phone.

My choices as turret BS mission pilot:
Slot 6: KMB-75 vs PG-8 (5% CPU vs 5% Powergrid, depends on ship needs) Slot 7: Lancer G2-Beta (all turrets cap need lowered) Slot 8: CC8 vs KPB-75 (5% cap vs 5% Targeting Range, no real preference) Slot 9: Gunslinger CX-2 (5% all turret damages) Slot 10: LX-2 vs G2-Epsilon vs ZGL1000 (5% dmg projectile/energy/hybrid, depends on ship)
Note the complete absence of noble implants

There are also the squire implants for slot 6 & 8 that decrease cap recharge and increase cap. I also use the slot 7 tracking implant, but I forget the name.
Definately use the damage implants for slot 9 and 10 though they are great. |

What to do, I really like the sound of the ones you have mentioned, but just wary about taking all the tank implants off.

Then don't. Get a jumpclone and try the alternate set, see which you like better

The only problem with testing out on a jump clone is I would need an accurate comparison, which would mean another Slave set for the 1 to 5 slots, lol, after all they do add to armor HP too. I mean they are great and all but all that isk just to make a comparison? Bit much me thinks.

Pretty much what I use for missioning, PG / cap spec stuff since I fly an Abaddon.

i can't really see why you'd want to have a slave set for missioning... Do you need all that HP? |

Well, just my two cents, but you could somehow try to arrange it so that you can plug them in on the test server and then try it out there? |

I'm currently using:
Rogue EY-1 - 6% afterburner duration Gunslinger AX-1 - 3% turret tracking Zor's Custom Navigation Hyperlink - 5% mwd/afterburner speed boost (never had this drop from Zor, but got 10 of the bloody ordinary ones :)) Gunslinger CX-1 - 3% turret damage Noble ZET500 - 3% armour HP
I suppose my goal is to upgrade the 3% to 5%, and I'd like to put something better in slot 6 than the EY-1. I'm getting into flying Amarr, so generic turret (rather than hybrid) bonuses suit me at the moment. However, as suggested by a previous poster, I'm collecting +4s from storylines with a view to having a dedicated laser-bonused clone. This one will move to hybrids then.
Just wish 5% implants weren't so damn expensive :D |
