I didn't voted on closing, but the vote is to be honored and althought i dind't voted on closing, after the results I want it liquidated and repayed (Althought what I want is not going to change anything). I'm actually the top investor and project manager which means I had direct access to info you people did not and also had a personal interest in resuming production. You can do what you want with your money, but the public investment is tied to the shares and you have not them. You issued the vote, nobody asked you for it. Why did you offered the liquidation if you were not going to do it? I suspect it was a strategy to allow your expansion and/or improve the trust of your investors thinking nobody will pick liquidation (That or to buy secretly shares at half price, the mistery continues unsolved ;). You must not offer anything you are not going to do. That said, I was talking about what you should do with all the public money, not just mine. Anyway, I think I'll take your offer. I have stated the purpose of the vote in the first paragraph of my post (my apologies if you missed it): Quote: Given the recent failure to raise additional funds and further develop my project I'm left wondering if I'm still enjoying the same level of trust the investors once placed in me by choosing to invest in the EWG Holdings IPO.
