Edited by: Boydsan DeZinj on 22/04/2009 05:06:13 As the title says. I know I just read the forums about this happening. However, I am getting the bug where all of a sudden my damage goes to CRAP. After a few volleys I notice that my group fire is no longer firing as a group.
Let me put it another way, I have a cyclone BC wiht 5 ACs and 3 assualt missile launchers. I group all 5 of my ACs to F1 and group all my missiles to F2. I start to fire and... WHAM... only acs 2 and 5 are firing and missiles 1 and 3. I have noticed it only happens when I alt-tab. Is this CCPs soft nerf to people having more than one EVE account on the same computer?
Anyone know how to fix this bug without logging out of the game and rebooting the system. A side note. I try to unload and clear the group to fire the old fashion noob way. However, I can not... until I exit the game. |

Happened to me once last night on a CNR with grouped cruise launchers. Instead of the group only one of the seven launchers was doing damage. Reloging fixed the issue for the session.
Must be collateral damage because of some of the latest UI optimisations.
Someone should file a bug report, i'm to lazy :D ----------------- aspiring carebear |

same thing happened to the t2 heavy launchers on my drake today. relogging seemed to fix it. Glad I'm not alone in this one Absolutely everything is subjective. |

This happened on my Nightmare last night. Only 1 laser in the group was firing. I docked, unmounted the guns, repackaged them and remounted them and they started working again.
According to the devs, this was fixed this morning. I guess we'll see.

Whew!
And here I thought it was all the beer making my Harbi perform like crap. Took forever for me to pop a BS NPC in a belt the other night. I was running two grouped sets of guns - one with x3 and the other with x4.
When I docked up and opened fitting window, the first THREE turrets had crystals in them but all seven crystals were missing from the cargo hold. And the fitting window showed the same if opened in space or the station. When trying to pop the BS rat, it didn't look like all guns were firing, but again this was hard to notice with my peril-sensitive beer goggles on :)
Also, I tried to "unfit" the turrets by manually dragging them into the caro or root bin and by clicking the unfit button. This gave the usual warning about breaking the group and then did nothing. All guns sat there mounted to the ship. I had to choose "strip" option (which I normally only do on Saturday nights after a lot more beer) before the stupid things would unmount. Currently they are fitted and not grouped together.
