First of all, I know that there is a lot of work for the GMs at the moment but I'm waiting for 1 week now and still no update on my petition (skill loss during que training).
Anyone experience a that long waiting time too?

Lots of people have been experiencing long wait times for their petitions.
I would like to point out to, or remind as the case may be, that even a week is "small beans" compared to some points in the past. Even as recently as 1-1.5 years ago one week was par for the course and for many situations average to fast for petitions while 3-4 weeks was considered a bit too long.
It's frustrating and annoying but one of the best things you can do is be patient so long as there is no glitch with your petition. ____________________

I might be willing to accept this if the problem I was experiencing wasn't so bad that it makes the game unplayable. I have graphics issues so bad that it is for all intents and purposes unplayable and i am watching my subscription expire while i wait for support that is total bs.

I'd imagine all the people who can't login are getting priority over more trivial issues like skill loss, and clearly there's a lot of them.
I'm in the queue due to not being able to login since Acrofail went live, and keep getting canned emails to the effect of "because so many people still can't login we're sending this canned email.. try standing on your head and lets us know if that works.. blah blah".
All i want to know at this point is if they'll be refunding the subscription fees for this unplayable ****.

Yes, i had to wait over a week too, but still, I even got Skill time back i lost due to Skill queue Bug. That was awesome and more than just unexpected.
