well my idea is simple and straightforward.
put implants on podkillmails.
Why ? Implants can be of great value , if you kill a pod you could potentially damage someone for billions of isk (HG slave set for instance). But if you managed to kill a pod , you don't know , for all you know it could be without implants or stuffed with the most expensive ones around.
adding implants to pod-killmails will give the pvpers of eve more bragging rights. Imagine killing someone with a full slave or crystal set , that would look nice on your killboard wouldn't it ?

Allthough i agree with you, this is the "implants on pod killmail" -thread number 143256244. Use the search.
Also i'd like to see some ship module or like infirmary/surgery -pos module, to remove the implants from a corpse. There should be only a low chance to get the implant out intact, like 5-10%

The thing is - like podding on SiSi - why do you need this information?
Knowing what someone had fitted to their ship (modules) gives you insight into their fitting, and also how much they were worth compared to what dropped, etc.
Since you can't harvest implants from someones frozen corpse (yet) - you really don't need to know outside of e-peen.

Please. It would have a major effect on PvP, overnight. A positive one, in my opinion.
Let your opponent gather his intel on your ship fits and likely setup the hard way ... by fighting you. The killboards are a horrible mindset that is a bad on this game as the players who hide in hisec with fingers in their ears screaming 'I DONT HAVE TO PVP, LALALALA'. Both groups do terrible things to EvE.

Well, I have to agree. But the killmails themselves are currently the only evidence for success for a PvP'er. Therefore everybody tries to get as many as possible, just like a trader tries to accumulate as much ISK as possible. This has some negative consequences, and it would be nice to get rid of these negative effects. But it's kind of the benchmark for pew pew people, thus very hard to replace or omit.
An alternative would be to make killmails more objective and less fixated on damage. Like excluding 'final blow' and including things like remote repair, EW and other stuff. That would go a long way in making them more useful and less e-peen extending.

Killmails only give you information based on the ship that was destroyed, plus the pilot's name. Implants are not a part of the ship, therefore they will not and should not appear on killmails. |

but implats can vastly affect how the ship performs in battle there for should be included in killmails.

Mmmmmm, BRAINS!
I would also like to see both implants reported in killmails and the ability to salvage someone's skull!
But, Doesn't CCP think pod killing is bad? Are you not penalized for it everywhere but nullsec?
If so, I doubt they will implement such a thing which just ensures everyone tries to pod each other everywhere.

By that flawed logic, a killmail should also include the FC's name at all times, along with a logfile detailing computer system specs, server latency stats, a physical and psychological profile of the player and a complete skill tree for the character. Because all of these factors vastly affect how the ship performs in battle.
Not gonna happen. |

The whole killmail thing is broken. All it causes is e-peen growing related activities. They should be removed entirely, not improved further.

Yeah. i think if CCP wanted to implants to show on KM they would have implemented it already

Why would you even need this other than to increase your e-peen?
Podding is quite easy due to lag, bubbles and fast lockers so I don't see the reason to brag about it nowadays already.
To me the real use of podding is not griefing but removing a player from the location he is at so that he can't easily grab a new ship and come back to the battle again.

It's according to the situation, but sometimes it's smarter to leave them in their pod. Especially if they are a dozen jumps in enemy territory

Killmails shouldnt be scrapped, they should just be changed so you cant see the other persons fit.
Implants should not be added to killmails for the above reason

That wouldn't be so bad, actually. I've always wondered why the information about what was fit to a ship is given to the person who killed them. It has no effect on insurance, so that arguments moot. Seems to be completely out of character for EvE, to me.
